But then 18 months later the door wont open . So to get it fixed will be about 400 dollars. The should be a better design to not do this to the door. Sad that all electrical items do not last 15 to 20 years like they used to . Using plastic for the door latch is crazy and no wonder it breaks more easily especially when we do 25 loads a week.

Although it replaced a much more expensive washing machine, it works very well. It cleans quickly, well, and was easy to set up. It even buffers the water flow better than the hold washer, which means there is no more 'hammering' when adding water. We are very pleased.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.February 14 Best buy deliver guy and stall, the Machine work prefect, Last 2 week the washer Show Error code C5, 2days later, Best buy geek squad and Samsung repair guy show to repair end up the found out the installer forgot to pull 2 white stuff at the back of the washer make the water can't drain out, after repair yesterday Show C5 again , I call Customer Services Miss Cassondra make the return and upgrade me to higher model, She is so so patients with me give her LIKE.. I love Samsung washer my last one work for us more than 15 year. Recommend a Samsung washer
