I love the washer, except for the fact that it doesn’t have a prewash cycle. My husband hikes and works in the yard all day, so he gets really dirty and sweaty. My old washer had a prewash cycle, which I used all the time. I don’t like the presoak cycle because the clothes are sitting in dirty water before they get washed. Other than that, I love this machine.

This washer is TOP NOTCH! Excellent value. Zero issues. Best Buy hauled the old one off and did the installation. Quick and easy.

My washing machine is the best washing machine ever it washes my clothes I put in my clothes and then I put in the soap I close the door I press the button I hear it go on the water starts the tumble turns it goes round and round washing the clothes in the washing machine does then it sucks out the water and continues to go round and round until almost all the water is gone and the machine goes beep that means the clothes are washed and I take them out and put them in the dryer and the dryer dry the clothes

I couldn't believe how quickly my clothes get dry. I would recommend this dryer. I only gave it a 4 star on Ease of Use because I am still learning all the buttons.

The washer serves the purpose. I have sheers on the windows for summer and it was great to wash them on a short cycle. They came out with few wrinkles. I am sorry that I never included the work order to have my washer place on my old stackable box. It happens to be too low to ground for me.

I purchased this washer in 2020, and it’s one of the best washers I’ve ever used. We have a family of five, so the 4.5 size is great for my family. The control board just went out recently, so I’m not sure what to do about that right now, but besides that, it’s been great.

We recently purchased our second Samsung machines and I love the brand! Only one complaint with these new machines! The doors are harder to open and close so I have to be more careful with them since I’m worried to break off any pieces. Not a huge deal but a downgrade from the earlier version of the machines!

Machine locked up in a rinse cycle I don’t know if I did something wrong I unplugged it and it reset, so far everything seems fine other than that. I haven’t tried all the functions but 2 hours run time for heavy load seems a bit excessive.
