Failing to dry consistently

The dryer cycles are not completely drying the clothes. Sometimes it works and other times I have to run the machine multiple times to dry things like towels I am now in the market for a new dryer. Disappointed because my previous dryer lasted 15 years. Has all the features I’d like in a dryer. Just wish it would work.

The clean water does not stop flowing. Once it gets about a quarter full then the washer automatically drains the water. Best Buy customer service and Samsung customer is not willing to cooperate with fixing the machine unless I pay $120 for them to come look at it plus parts and labor. Estimate of $250-$350. Also this unit runs pretty loud while it is washing. On the positive note, it does look really nice.
