    horrible my mom buy this when COVID started and when she got the washing machine, everything worked perfectly fine but then a week ago that she stopped working We try a lot to fix it until this day I’m just saying, DONT BUY THIS PLEASE!!!!!!! and I cannot tell Best Buy to give me back my money cause that happened like when Covid started but nothing thank you for nothing.

    Bad thinking, Bad Product

    Whatever anyone does, do not purchase this set of Samsung product. For all that money placed on them, they are very finicky and break down easily. They do not last very long and can pack up even at the slightest contact of an insect (weird right? But so says Samsung repair after 13 months of use of such significant household investment).

    Samsung front loader washer and Best Buy

    Bought a front loading Samsung washer in January 2023 and it was having an issue and Best Buy geeks would not help at all and referred us to Samsung. The service we are getting from them is horrendous and we will never buy anything else from Best Buy or a Samsung product again!

    Catastrophic failure after 3 years

    Prior model: WF45M5500AP/A5 Single person (1) retired household owner. Catastrophic failure after 3.5 years light use. Cost to repair by Samsung certified repair firm that no showed 3 appointments was 125% of purchase cost. CNET says these types of units should last 10 years. How many stars would YOU give it?

    Regretful

    Good reviews must be fake! Because this dryer has an engineering design fault so it does turn the laundry one big ball and the laundry in the center of this ball never dries! Since it has a moist sensor, it keeps going and going for hours in order to dry the laundry! DO NOT BUY IT!

    This washer is absolutely awful, don’t waste your money. I can only wash clothes on the “quick wash” cycle because if I try to wash them any other way, I get an error code. Just such trash.

    Once warranty ran out after 2 years, the electronic parts stopped working. Samsung support is horrible and repair cost more than a new washer. Don't pay the premium for the subpar product. LG has been amazing - check the reliability ratings.

    Horrible service

    Delivered today and its broken out of the box. They know its broken but they won't schedule a pickup and replace for 24 to 48 hours. Never will shop with you again.

    Washer locks door during wash and has absolutely no system in place to unlock it before the wash is finished. This is pathetic engineering and would be very easy to solve.

    Does everything but dry clothes

    If you love wet clothes then you will love this dryer. Moisture sensor is code for "we say when it is dry". While it does have many settings. They almost all equal wet clothes. They only setting that will dry your clothes is sanitize. It does not use steam like a real dryer. It uses intense heat for a long period of time. If you are thinking that you can just run it again. Nope it will say your clothes are dry and shut itself off. This is a pretty big deal as the one thing you want is a "CLOTHES DRYER" That it can actually DRIES CLOTHES!!!!!

    Started smoking and nearly caught on fire after 1.5 yrs due to what I assume is a motor failure. I have always cleaned the lint filter after every use. Do not buy, this piece of junk does not last
