We switched to this front load washer after years of using a top loader. We've been happy with the efficiency and quietness of this unit. It's easy to use and has nice settings for different types of washes. The timer (start at a later time) is nice if you want your wash to be done when you get home but don't want wet clothes sitting in the washer all day.

This is the nicest washer and dryer I’ve ever owned. I had a lot of loads to run through this to catch up on everything so I definitely put it to the test the first month I’ve owned them. I’ve probably done 30-40 loads in the first month and let me tell you everything came out so clean and the are so quiet. And best of all the are cheap to run I was expecting my electric bill to skyrocket from the electric dryer after doing so many loads in one one. But it wasn’t really that much at all and they are so quiet. Absolutely worth the price !!!!

Had this for over year. Clothes is always clean and smelling good after a wash. Personally love the side washer. Shakes at times near finishing but overall great.

Great washer. It is very quiet and washes pretty quick.

So far so good. Not thrilled with not being able to shut off the noises it makes (every time you press a button). Not thrilled with the "delay end", but that's because I'm used to "delay start". Overall very quiet, washes well, doesn't smell, lots of choices for temperature/spin speed/dirt level. Super easy to use.

Great washer got the pair quiet and easy to use with great price

Works great and saves water, time and energy costs! Easy to load and unload and much quieter than my old top loader. My only complaint is that I wish it was possible to switch the door hinge to open the other way, like on the same model upright dryer. Make sure you are going to be happy with the direction the door opens and that it won't hit anything.

This is a nice machine, seems well built, and is extremely quiet. But Samsung and Best Buy need to get their act together about packaging. It came wrapped in styrofoam and plastic. What's wrong with cardboard?? I'd happily pay a few dollars more for environmentally friendly packaging. To be using styrofoam and plastic in this day and age is ignorant and irresponsible. I give the washer 5 stars but BB and Samsung get a goose egg for contributing to the current environmental disaster.

Great Washer I ever bought, I would definitely recommend this washer.

It’s quiet. Period. Remember to periodically drain the water at left bottom corner. Otherwise, you may think the machine has stop working properly because it seems do not spin the water away because you will see water puddle when you take the cloths out after it finished.

Amazing washer and dryer. Everyone always hates on Samsung but these work great. Great price as well
