I’m very happy with my Samsung washing machine! It works perfectly, is super quiet, and leaves my clothes clean and fresh every time. The design is sleek and modern, and it’s also very easy to use. I got it from Best Buy and had a great experience from purchase to delivery. Highly recommended!

So far so good. Washer is super quiet. The "complete" alarm is noticeable but not obnoxious. Easy to read and operate and can handle a decent load size with no issues. Love the color too, matches perfect!

Working great after two months. Still has the problem of leaving water in the detergent dispenser. We leave ours pulled out now between washes to try and keep mold off of this one like we had the problem on the old washer. No mold so far on the rubber seal.

I literally sit down just to watch the loads wash. The quiet vibration feature is too tier ! The heaviest loads does not shake the washer or make a lot of noise. A major difference from the washer I had before. Evenly distributes water and detergent to make sure every piece of clothing is covered so all the clothes come out smelling so fresh and clean !! I’m in love !

This Samsung 4.5 Cu. Ft. high efficiency washer works very well. I highly recommend it.

The best Front Load Washer I had. It runs quietly and also the vibration reduction feature works. It cleans fast and is easy to operate. I would highly recommend it.

We had a Samsung top loading washer for 5 years but we got tired of it banging during the spin cycle when the load was unbalanced so we got this one. The old washer was perfect except for the spin cycle issues. It also uses much less water and is much faster than our old washer. A small issue is that the glass door is dark tinted and there are no lights inside so it's impossible to see through the door unless you shine a flashlight. Also, I would have liked to get a full manual with the washer. It's nice you can access the washer through WiFi on the phone app but besides the end of cycle notifications it's just a gimmick we may never fully use.

My family and I LOVE this washer. It is simple and easy to hook up right out of the box. The buttons are soft to tough, the machine itself is quiet and fast. Washing our clothes has never been so easy. Even our 10 year old does laundry with ease. Thank you Samsung for making a great washing machine. I highly recommend.

We enjoy the washing machine. I like how you can add extra rinses. And the delayed finish is different than my delay start on my old washing machine. But it’s a nice feature. It spins so hard that it shakes the whole house (it’s on the second floor) so I take it down a notch. But good washer, fits lots of clothes.

Perfect size. I went from a larger washer to the 4.5 cubic foot and would not go back. This washer is fantastic! Several settings (More than I need) but always there if I need them. Used as a stackable it does not vibrate and is very quiet.

4.5 stars. haven’t had any problems with it since i got it. love all the features and washes my clothes pretty good.

I agonized over buying a new washer and dryer set. I spent weeks researching all sorts of washers and dryers. I paid for my very old washer to be fixed (wasted effort) and then I pulled the trigger. Best. Decision. Ever. I could not be happier. The washer is quick, quiet and efficient. I love it.

Fits perfectly in our washer/dryer unit in our apartment. Easy set up, TONS of room in the department for the clothes, and efficiently washes and dries clothes in a timely manner. We went from needing to re-wash and re-dry every load with our old washer and dryer to now being able to get through multiple loads a day if we need to. Would HIGHLY recommend for the quality and price.
