Easy to work, easy to keep it clean.

I had no idea how loud my last machines were until upgrading to these. Great capacity. Total tech came and set up the new ones, moved the old ones to the garage, I didn’t have to do a thing!

Samsung is the brand we have for our dryer and it has lasted well so we decided to purchase a washer too. We like how the washer is simple to use and it works well.

It is large enough for my king size comforter which saves me from going to laundry mat. The only thing I do not like is that it does vibrate a lot but it catches that it is starting n fixes itself. I just hope over time it does continue to do that. My laundry room is very small so I can not have it moving too much. I had Best Buy install and I am not sure if they put all of the legs on the bottom correctly since I found one piece on the floor after they left. I do have an extended warranty so if a problem arises I will address that issue. It is pretty quiet.
