I like it , easy to use and give you options to be able to save energy

I would love to give this washer a 5/5 but sadly there are some small things that keep it away but besides that it’s a great product. It’s small size makes it great for a cramped area and the stack ability Helps with that too. This is a great washer for a small family. It’s also easy to use with a standard detergent tray and the ability to use powder detergent. Unfortunately even when leveled it is a bit jumpy but besides that I would reccomend It 100%

Great washer machine. My wife is happy with it. Cleans clothes good and does it quietly. Recommend it for anyone looking forna front load wahing machine. Samsung, always the best.

This machine is quiet and has so many features. Feels like my clothes are cleaner then before with my old machine that was a top loader. Front loader seems to get the clothes cleaner.

I wanted this in the platinum but it was back ordered so I got the white. It scratched already honestly but other than that it’s fine Clothes get clean, pretty quiet for the most part

This is my second front load washer. My first was a whirlpool set and I swore I’d never own another front load as my old one mildewed super easy and the clothes never smelled clean. I am so pleasantly surprised with this brand and model, as I’ve had ZERO mold issues with it! It’s very user friendly and my clothes always come out clean and smelling fresh! Best Buy not only has competitive (if not the best!) pricing, but their zero interest appliance financing offers are unbeatable! This was a great buy for us!

Runs quiet and exactly what we needed. It can also fit alot more than our former machines. We are a 5 family household and I actually run this washer and dryer duo much less now.

This is a very nice washer. It is very quiet and can fit a lot of clothes. We had a washer for over 15 years which we had to replace and got this and couldn’t believe how great it is.

So far so good. Been using this washer for about a month. Quieter than our last Samsung front load washer, which lasted about 12 years before it broke down. Only annoying thing is when the tune after the washer completes the cycle...it takes too long to finish the tune. It should be a few beeps & that’s it, not a full on symphony. I bought the washer mainly because I thought it would fit the old pedestal, which it did not. Otherwise, I would have bought a top load washer with a different brand, e.g. Whirlpool. I will maintain this new washer as best as I can, removing excess water from the filter, leaving the lid open & wiping the interior gasket after each load, leaving the detergent holder open also after washing to prevent mildew smell.

Absolutely obessed with my washer/dryer. I even redesigned my entire laundry room because of it.

Finally had to upgrade our 15yr old samsung set after the shocks gave out. As someone who loves tech i had to go with the smart set. The interconnectivity between the washer and dryer works flawlessly. Also like that it tells you when to run the delf clean feature. Hopefully they last as long as the previous set.

My ten-year old Samsung washer finally gave out (sprung a small water leak after years of hard service). Could have gotten it repaired but decided to buy a new one instead -- same size, same features. Will be perfectly happy if the new one serves as well as the old.

I absolutely love this unit!! The design, (it's absolutely beautiful in my laundry room) the size and overall the functionality. 10/10 it washes my quilts, throws and rugs to perfection! This review is after almost 2 years of use.. no need to think twice. You will not be disappointed! I also added the pedestal! and oh boy is it a game changer!!
