I've had this washer for almost a year and I have to say it had taken me a while to get use to a front load washer. Overall experience has been good

Great product by Samsung...very efficient and user friendly

I absolutely love this washer! And it’s companion dryer. Both connected to my phone I can move on to other tasks and the machines will remind me when the clothes are ready. Perfect for someone with ADHD who gets hyper focused on tasks and other things.

This was a washer I purchased after my first samsung washer broke onky 2 1/2 years after purchase. I have only had it for 8 months now as my first one literally broke on christmas but so far I love this new one! I also loved the old one and this one seems to be just a newer version so hopefully it lasts alot longer than the first one!

This mini fridge works great. Storrage is awesome. Keeps everything nice and cold. Seems to be a bit loud when cooling but at least I know it’s working. Fits the intended spot well.

So far this front loader works good. You can barely hear it washing..does what it says..self clean and easy to take out lint from the bottom of slot.. the best thing I like it spins well..

This washer is quiet and efficient. I didn't even need to read the instructions to run it. Very user friendly.

I love this washer so much. It’s easy to use I have it connected to my Echo and I get notifications when the washer is done. I also love that I can receive notifications to my phone as well to check how much longer the load will take based on size etc. best purchase ever

Love my dryer. 2nd set. We use ours all the time. Have 7 kids and it keeps up

Works really good and the filter is easy to clean out/ change.The size is perfect for our space and we have the matching dryer stacked perfectly. Almost one year old and runs beautifully with no issues.

The washer is very nice and quiet. And the delivery folks were a pleasure to work with and knowledgeable.

So far so great! Upgraded from 10+ year old washer and so far it is working beautifully. Love the steam cycles for getting out harsh stains and the option to download cycles that are not already programmed!

I went instore to buy the washer but there was none in stock, that was fine, the gentleman who was assisting me was very informative and kind and patient. I believe hes a new hire but he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. When the item was delivered, it was most possible the quickest and easiest install ive ever seen, Alejandro did a great job and i commend his skill which made everything seemless. I dont write reviews as much as i should, but this definetly made me want to! Thank you Best buy for having such great staff.

very nice washer for tenants. Easy to use and perform well.

Mostly user error that it messed up. REMOVE THE LITTLE NUTS. Just read the instructions carefully because leaving in just one wrong thing could completely make it off balance. Also if you are wondering about getting a podium do it. The podium will help to balance it.
