I’m 5’2 and had to put half of my body in the washer when I had top loaders. I was hesitant to get front loaders but best choice I ever made. So much more convenient for me and I have more space now in my laundry room. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve bought several open box appliances, which have all been wonderful. This one is bad. It vibrated unbelievably, I went on Samsung’s website because there was nothing in the book about what to do. I did everything to the very last suggestion which was recalibrating. It got better, but I’m only doing small loads. Now, even though I haven’t done very many washes it wants to do a pure clean. So I did. It’s a four hour job…the very last hour it LC errored . By the way, the manual that came with the washer didn’t have any codes in it so you have to look them up online. Found out that LC stands for leak. I checked everywhere there’s no leak, and it would not finish!! It wants me to start all over….. Thankfully, I have my old (not front load) washer that I I’m able to use until I have time to deal with this. I hope they can help and I’ll let you know what the fix is or what they say.

Excellent performance, easy to use washing machine; clothes are clean, and I noticed that it almost dried all our clothes with excellent spin. I highly recommend.

Large capacity washer works great. Easy to use with more than enough settings to wash everything.

I love the new technology and the speed it has for a quick wash. love with the color. The only downfall is a little leakage of water. On the front part of my washer hoping to get this looked at.

Best Buy is the best place to find a washer and dryer. Representative are very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each set I was interested in. Made my decision making easy.

We had a previous front loader washer and dryer and this one we feel is so much easier to use. The settings are we feel more customizable, from the soil level, how many rinses and etc. The alert tune at the end can be turned to the standard alert if you do not like the tune. We like it as it goes longer, it’s a fun sound and prompts you to take care of the laundry. As with just the simple alert that can sometimes be not heard right away and or forgotten.

Excellent unit. Easy to use. Lots of capacity and good selection of drying cycles.

Love, love, love this washer. Lots if cool features and I can control it from my phone. I know when a load is done and i can start a load on the way home.

The machine is great, low noise, basic good quality machine. My only complaint is that the door is not an easy shut, it's a bit sticky and even though brand new it's a little challenging to know if it's actually closed all the way, other than seeing the digital screen turn on.

Works as expected, great open box deal. Smelled a bit off the first few used but some washing machine cleaner fixed it
