We've had the new Samsung - 4.5 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Stackable Front Load Washer with Vibration Reduction Technology+ - White delivered and installed to replace an old machine. We're very happy with this so far and thankful for the BestBuy deliverymen.

So far it works well Main thing it stays well balanced during the spin cycle. One thing that needs to be stressed for all front loaders; The door must remain open after use to allow the tub to dry out. Top loaders this is not necessary as there is air circulation because there is no seal on the top loaders door like the side loader has. This is one draw back of the side loaders, however the advantage is it uses less water.

Good quality , A little bit small compared with the traditional ones ! When use it, for the dark color clothes , choose 1 level of the heat, ! if you have small load , do the quick wash! I have been using it for more than a year! love my Samsung washer because it doesn’t ruin my clothes , works well with different types of clothes! A loiter but small for comforter and blankets! Should sanitize it every 6 months! it has the ringtone indicating when clothes are done washing! very nice washer

So far, so amazing. Our very old washing machine finally broke and was not affordable to fix. This machine cleans better, works more efficiently and is much quieter than any washing machine I’ve owned in the past. It has the settings you need for pretty much any type of laundry with multiple settings for water temp, soil level, spins and rinses. I also enjoy all its little chimes.

My washer is quite. I knew that front loader use less water and energy efficient. They delivered it and set it up. They meaning Best Buy delivery service geek squad was professional and friendly. They took the old product and recycle it for me. After as many washes it does a self clean by itself. Best Buy stands by there word. I give it 5 stars

What I really like: -Very minimal noise during the wash (I've had washers before where it would make loud "thumping" sounds....If you know you know). -A nice little theme song upon completion -I ultimately only use delicate mode because I like the settings (cold water and adjustable rinses). -I no longer use pods because they're more expensive and are ideal for top loaders. With the tray at the top left, I leave the liquid detergent jug right above it which makes it easier than any other solution because I don't have to use the measuring cup, or, any other thing to transfer detergent. I just open the tray and press the button on the tray and it dispenses exactly where it needs to. -My clothes smell great and feel clean. This is a great product.

This dryer works great. It’s easy to use and the clothes are always dry, never damp. I love that it can be used side by side or as a stackable. We originally needed the dryer only but ended up purchasing the washer as well. Happy with this purchase.

Runs nice. Cleans clothes good. Still vibtates at high spin at times. have leveled unit a few times and still does.

It required delivery of three machines to get the one I now have; but I'm very pleased with this one. It has a good range of cycles, gets the laundry clean, and is relatively quiet. The first machine had major problems probably requiring return to the manufacturer. The second was found to be dented when the delivery team unwrapped it. They showed it to me and recommended sending it back. Best Buy handled the situation well.
