I dry clothes obviously but also my quilting projects- this dryer works well with both. It runs very quiet compared to other dryers we’ve had.

Look, the cost is ridiculous no matter what you buy. This one is on the cheaper side and it works great....for now. Yes, they all break at some point and I don't remember ever getting a new washer, dryer, phone, etc. as a kid because nothing broke down like stuff does now. But if you have to spend some cash on a dryer, this is a good choice.

Serious design flaws

Overall it works great but for some reason it holds water inside the machine and you have to drain it every month and the smell and amount of water is ungodly. I have owned several washers in my lifetime and I've never had to service mine monthly and drain stagnant water out of it. I wasn't aware you had to do this until it stopped working after 6 months of owning it. Thank god for You Tube - Just say no!

There was a leak and I determined that the water was leaking from one of the water supply hoses because of the faulty rubber gasket inside of the hose. After spending over 2 hours on the phone with one of the Geek Squad reps another team from the delivery company and they replaced both hoses. No problems after that. At least so far.
