The washer had a really bad rubber smell when we first got it. Additionally, the clothes didn't smell good. I ran a self clean on it, and that seems to have taken care of it. Other than that, it is a really nice machine. Would be nice if the door was reversible but there are work arounds for that.

Washer works great, very quiet and efficient. Can go wrong with it.

So far the best washer I've ever had. Granted it's the first new washer I've ever had. Would recommend.

I have no idea why this machine was so inexpensive, it is really awesome. I’ve had it for a few months and I love its functionality and it does a great job washing the clothes as well as wringing them out. Best part? Surprisingly excellent drop off of service. They were on time, friendly and efficient. $25 they set it up perfectly and took my old appliance away. Great deal all around

I absolutely love my new washer!! After having to go to the laundry mat and the inside is as big as the washing machine that I used there. All I have to do now is go downstairs and I can do my laundry.

PLEASE read this and don't be dumb like me and assume bad reviews were an anomaly. The issue isn't the unit. It stopped working after 6 months, which is a problem. But I bought the extended warranty and thought I'd be golden at least during the initial ownership period before extended kicked in. However, Samsung contracts with local companies and makes absolutely NO guarantee on timeframe or compensation for having to go to the laundromat. My washer broke over a month ago and we're still waiting on a tech after being given the runaround and rescheduled on several times. We live in a major city so there's no real excuse. After calling Samsung to complain loudly they transferred the ticket to a different company and I don't anticipate better results. Meanwhile I'm almost $200 in the hole from laundromat visits (I have six kids) and Samsung flat out refuses any consideration of compensation for that. I paid almost 2k with warranty and installation for a premium washer/dryer set and I'm spending hours every week at the laundromat after owning it for 6 months with no end in sight. The lesson I learned is not to buy from a company that doesn't do its own repairs or doesn't offer a guarantee for repair time. This will be the last Samsung appliance I ever buy.

For the price , its a very good dryer and its actually quicker than i thought , on average it takes about 35 to fully dry my cloth .

I love my washing machine. Even though I paid extra money to have it installed and the man said he couldn’t install it. Other than that I have no issues with this washer. It’s nice and quiet to.

Definite upgrade from older models but still shares a similar look so it’s not standing out from dryer. It is quite, fast, and has plenty of options.

Best buy service, right from helping us select the right product until the very end was excellent. We love our new washer and dryer. The reason with I gave 3 stars is because of the delivery of the product (I am guessing best buy use 3rd party delivery/installation option). I was charged for the installation of the equipment and when the deliver guys showed up, it seems like they were just least interested in having them install. They looked at the connection knob and said we are not able to remove that (didn't even try) and gave really hard time to my wife. We ultimately had to call our neighbor to help out since my wife is not very handy, and our neighbor was able to do it in less than a second. It is just horrible that you pay for something and have to do it yourself.

This dryer has been more than expected!!! Definitely worth the buy!

Nice dryer, compact but has a lot of room for clothes. No issues with this dryer happy with the options.

Purchased this Samsung because I had the same brand for approximately 8 years prior to this purchase in 2022. The feel of the door is much lighter(flimsier) but I have not had but one issue with the machine so far. My last machine had to have the electronic brain replaced and I was worried I might have the same issue with this model because it had an issue with resetting itself after I made manual adjustments. After turning on and off I haven't had the same issue. I did buy a warranty though because it just does not seem as stout as my other Samsung. All in all the price was good at the time and Best Buy as a Samsung rep is very accomodating to reach out to correct issues.

So far it's cleaned the clothes and towels just great. It's pretty quiet.
