IT'S WONDERFUL NOT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH AN AGITATOR - IT MAKES IT SO MUCH EASIER TO WASH LARGE ITEMS LIKE COMFORTERS, OR SMALL ITEMS THAT WOULD GET TRAPPED UNDER AND AROUND AN AGITATOR. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL MACHINE, WITH MANY SETTINGS TO CHOOSE FROM, BUT IT IS VERY EASY TO USE. I'M SO VERY HAPPY TO HAVE IT. THANK YOU;

Very modern, it’s quiet! I’m loving it! Just waiting on my dryer that unfortunately won’t arrive until the end of December.

Nice washer

Doesn’t allow you to put much detergent in it but not needed either. Lots of choices. Does seem to vibrate a bit much on spin since I got the pedestal installed. Clothes are nice and clean. Replaced my Samsung of 11 years. The old one was developing problems. Sale price of washer/dryer great. Only prob was old pedestals didn’t fit.

To their credit, Lowes refunded the entire purchase price in the form of a gift card. Lowes did not have any washers in stock. Best Buy delivered this in 5 days. This Samsung is quiet washing and quiet spinning. Very happy with my purchase.

Fresh clothes

Had some clothes that smelled like mildew but the clothes smelled great. Only issue is we put to small of a load and it didn't spin out all the way. But definitely recommend.

Top notch, entry level Samsung washer

If this Samsung front loader is any example, washers have certainly changed for the better in those 42 years. It uses less water and spins faster. The clothes come out clean with considerably reduced dryer time. We've only had it a few weeks... but, so far, I'd recommend this model.
