I love this machine. It works wonderful. it has so many plus it's to it.

We haven't actually received this item yet. But we have a washer just like this in the house we're selling and purchased one just like it in the house we are now buying. This is the best washer I have ever owned. And the companion dryer is wonderful as well!

It was so great I bought from online and they brought in my house and they set up everything for me . I really so much appreciated it. And were using every day and it’s go great smells clean that’s perfect . I’m telling everyone to buy it from Best Buy all machine that we need . Thank you

Samsung Washer is very Beautiful in Platinum. I love the Large Capacity. I have never used a Front Load Washer before but can't wait to try it out. It was so easy to install!

Super sleek looking and wash loads really really well. Just do not use alot of soak as its a smart washer and does not use alot of water like traditional washers

Good so far. Holds water in the door area, we wipe it out and leave the door open to avoid bad stuff. ( we fear mold and mildew if left closed) Works well, WIFI notification is a cool feature. Still new, My last washer lasted 30 years... We'll see.

The built-in control process to balance a load that has larger and heavy items (e.g., towels, jeans) uses alternating left - right rotations of the washer drum; but it is inconsistent. Some loads will wrongly distribute the heavier items during the spin cycle such that the washer violently shakes almost enough to break open the washer door. The locked door holds, but nothing on top of the washer can stay without falling off. The contractor hired by Best Buy installed the washer and this problem has occurred on multiple uses of this washer since new. Will have the warranty claim cover a repair or replacement, as needed, after one more month of use to see if it gets better.

Delivery was as promised without any problems. I've used this washer multiple times and am very satisfied with the results. This washer did a better job than my last Maytag which died right after the warranty expired. So far, I'm also very satisfied with the customer service I received from Best Buy with all my purchases.
