My first front load washer. So far, very easy to use and I appreciate not having to bend since it's on a pedestal. It's wash cycle is quiet. I was surprised at the specific guidelines for which HE detergent to use. I had been using HE detergent with baking soda and the guidelines say not to use this type of detergent.

The Samsung dryer is working awesome. I like the music it plays when it finish drying. I’ll recommend it to all my friends & family.

Does a great job but feels cheap to use. Fairly quiet but the bearings have some noise in them at heavier loads. Will have to see how it performs in the long run. Great buy when it's on sale, but you could probably do better for full price.

My old Samsung Washer finally stopped working after 12 years. I love Samsung washer's features hence decided to stick with the brand and got this one. No regret. It is surprisingly quiet. I cannot hear any sound even when it's spinning, sitting on the same floor with laundry room door closed.

This is my first Samsung dryer and so far I've been happy with it. I like l the settings and find them useful, and am fine with not having the complications of steam options. This is the first time I've had stackables, and find the size very adequate and that it's stable. I've owned two Samsung washers and have been very pleased with them.

Samsung dryer, definitely better quality than I expected. Fast, efficient and they are smart units, you can connect your phone to the units and monitor and change settings. Price was way better than local vendors which was a surprise. 5 star, definitely will purchase again

Nothing in the set up instructions mentioned removing the shipping bolts. I washed a load and had severe vibrations during the spin cycle. It was only when I went to troubleshooting, noise and vibration, clicked on a QR code and watched a video that I became aware of the shipping bolts. This is unsatisfactory and should certainlyset up instructions are inadequate. be rectified. Put a tag on the bolts that says REMOVE.
