My new washer!!

After having to go to the laundry mat and the inside is as big as the washing machine that I used there. All I have to do now is go downstairs and I can do my laundry.

Quick and Quiet

IT does a great job, has all the settings we will ever need and it runs quiet. Best Buy delivery as always was stellar!

Drys Well, Removes Dog Hair Ok

Her fur gets all over our clothes, blanket, towels, etc. It doesn't do the greatest job at removing all the hair but I would say does enough to satisfy me. It dries really fast and I'd never had to run a cycle 2x. It is really easy to use and I would recommend.

Even though I paid extra money to have it installed and the man said he couldn’t install it. Other than that I have no issues with this washer. It’s nice and quiet to.

Samsung Front-loading Washer with Steam

Also, the manual should indicate to add detergent, bleach, etc. after selecting the cycle and settings; otherwise, detergent does not dispense at all during the cycle. I had to research that issue online.

Stacked not for short people.

It has a tendancy to ball up sheets and blankets as they dry which never happened with my other Samsung dryer. As a result they take forever to dry. For everything else it works great. In the stacked setup it is difficult for me at 5'2" to see and reach the controls with the angle it is at.
