My tenant lives this washer, good price for front loader

Very happy with this purchase. We had to replace our washer quickly and this was the closest model to what we had.

Great machine. Upgraded from a Whirlpool 4.0 and immediately noticed a difference in efficiency. Now I need to upgrade dryer.

Love the new washers it’s bigger then I thought I can wash more then the old washer in it

Very good. Easy to use. This is my 3rd set of a Samsung washer and dryers. Maybe dries a little slow for bedding but this is a good dryer. Great value.

Does a great job, is quiet and seems sturdy. Not sure why others found the metal to be cheap, it seems standard to me. Self clean mode is a plus. Door/hinge seems maybe a little on the light duty side but this machine has been great

I wanted a washer that didn’t have an agitator, but that did have a fabric softener dispenser. This was the only washer that I could find that had exactly what I was looking for at the time. I didn’t want a Samsung product because in the past the Samsung products I have purchased didn’t last more than a few months without having some kind of a problem. But I have had this washing machine for over a year and it’s still working great. So let hope it stays that way for a few more years

Overall, they are great washers. The only issue I have with it is that it seems to be unleveled, even though I fix the stilts at the bottom of the washer. But great washer, And I love the little chiming song when my load is finished!

Washer works great! Just got it and so far I've done a few loads of laundry without any issues. Really like this new product, it's very easy to use and it is supposed to be energy-saving. We'll see!

This is the best washer & dryer set I have owned so far. So easy to use and the steam technology is amazing. Feels like your clothes come out much cleaner and with less wrinkles if any - highly recommend for anyone else looking to upgrade! (The husband likes to do the laundry now too because the black finish is cool looking and he says it feels like an extension of his man cave) 6/5 stars if I could give it!!

I purchased open box one at first and got it delivered. However, geek squard never came to relocate it to proper location. So i returned open box one and got new one instead. This one is so quiet and doesn't vibrate much as my old one.

Works well, I do feel that I have to put in smaller loads than my old dryer though because if not clothes either stay a little damp or take much longer to dry. Once I got used to it though, it does the job and, overall, I’m happy with it.

Purchased this for my parents and they love it! At first they thought that it would be difficult for them but once installed it was east for them to learn. They had really outdated washer and dryer before this so this is a big upgrade for them and they are happy.

We enjoy our washer and dryer no problems except we had to buy the stackable accessories separately

Dries my clothes perfect and fits nicely in the space I have.

I love this washer. It is fast and so efficient. My other Samsung washer was not as nearly as good as this.

The washer was great for almost the 1st year that we had it. About a few weeks ago while the laundry was spinning, it sounded as if the washer was going to take off on a runway. I called BB asap; they told me to contact Samsung since it was still under manufacturer's warranty. I called; everything has been approved for a replacement on July 24, 2023. I was supposed to hear back from BB by July 31, 2023. Well, I still have no washer and I still have not heard from BB on my replacement.

Fantastic dryer! Still playing with the settings but its quiet and efficient. No more damp clothes!
