After purchasing an open box clothes dryer that was defective, we returned it and bought a new dryer. Also from Best Buy. The new dryer is great. The whole Intent was to save a few bucks with the open box dryer but that turned into a nightmare because Best Buy never investigated why the dryer was returned in the first place.

Definite upgrade from older models but still shares a similar look so it’s not standing out from dryer. It is quite, fast, and has plenty of options.

This washing machine has a good choice in cycles and wash time is shorter than my last, which is nice. The vibration technology is absolute crap. This things shakes like crazy and sounds like it is going to go through the floor. My old model which was close to 10 years old shook quite a bit so I wanted the newer model that had vibration technology. This one is worse than my old one. Over all the machine works well but not the vibration technology

I’m not loyal and Samsung I’m a piece of crap but Best Buy the dryer is way too expensive to fit my laundry room so I bought this one. I didn’t even like the color it was white but the customer service Best Buy was great. Not so much credit card service but customer service is great. I got nice wash a dryer and just don’t like it at the dryer since when the clothes are dry and my clothes, come out damp, soaking damp wet so I will give you like one star off of that but other than that, it’s a good dryer you know I got everything on heavy duty and.

my wife loves this dryer it does everything she needs and more.It does alot more than the old one with less heat and time

Samsung dryer, definitely better quality than I expected. Fast, efficient and they are smart units, you can connect your phone to the units and monitor and change settings. Price was way better than local vendors which was a surprise. 5 star, definitely will purchase again

This machine was not only affordable but has held up well for us. We loved our Samsung Washer and Dryer so much that when we moved into a new build and needed a new one, we purchased the same thing all over again.

I have been using about a month & all good so far. Went with simpler model than my last samsung as it had a bunch of options i never used. This has everything needed.

Great upgrade to our old top load washer. I couldn't be more happier in the style and ease of usability in the machine. Tons of setting variations and huge load space for blankets. I've been using this washer for about a month now and it's performing like a champ.

Purchased this Samsung because I had the same brand for approximately 8 years prior to this purchase in 2022. The feel of the door is much lighter(flimsier) but I have not had but one issue with the machine so far. My last machine had to have the electronic brain replaced and I was worried I might have the same issue with this model because it had an issue with resetting itself after I made manual adjustments. After turning on and off I haven't had the same issue. I did buy a warranty though because it just does not seem as stout as my other Samsung. All in all the price was good at the time and Best Buy as a Samsung rep is very accomodating to reach out to correct issues.
