Wonderful washer and dryer. Dryer dries on 30 minute

This washer gets the job done. It's efficient and cleans well. I am still trying to understand the water temperature settings. Even if I set the water to cold, they still come piping hot. This may be part of the Automatic Temperature Control feature, I would still prefer to control the temperature of my clothes. I will keep reading and trying to see if I can turn that feature off. Other than that, a solid buy!

I replaced my previous samsung washer with similar features that worked without any issues for 12 years. I had to replace as many parts worn out. I am expecting a similar performance with this new machine

I bought the washer 2 months ago. It is great for now! Good capacity - you can load queen or king size comforter. All default programs are no longer than 1h, while you can customized them to your needs (increase or decrease the number of rinse cycles, soil level, temperature (!) and so on). It is energy efficient, so you can apply for EnergyStar rabate. Clothes are fresh and almost dry. The most important thing is that it has separate compartments for: detergent, bleach and softener (and uses softener during rinse). This washer is stable and quiet. I hope that it will work efficiently for many years!

It’s a great washer! My first front loader. Lots of wash, rinse and spin cycles. Cleans well, spins well. And I love the little tune telling me it’s done. It’s way better than obnoxious buzzers like some have.

So far so good. No issues since install. I like the chime at the end to let you know the cycle is done. Also having a countdown is very helpful. Filling up the soap is also very easy.

I have been using my Samsung washer for several weeks now and find it to be everything I expected in regards to performance. I like having all the different settings especially the quick speed, because it makes doing laundry a little more enjoyable. I thought it would be noisy but it's pretty quiet. Nothing negative to say in the short time I've had it.

This dryer is very quiet and I would highly recommend it. However, Best Buy’s customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would purchase this dryer again only not from Best Buy.

I made a huge mistake to purchase this Samsung. I hate everything about it- it shuts off before clothes are dry (sometimes it stops even before I walk away) It ties my clothes and sheets in knots! It doesn’t fit in the space BEST BUY assured me it would fit. My outside balcony laundry room now has the door permanently OPEN. Can’t wait for the winds to damage everything- The lint screen is a joke. It’s almost impossible to clean completely and don’t bother using dryer sheets because the instantly adhere to the lint screen. Did I mention the hideous music? The tune plays even if you push the stop cycle or open the dryer door. Annoying! But most of all; the dryer is not worth it. Wish I’d purchased another Maytag. It was perfect for 10* years.
