Good washer . Easy to use , couldn’t go wrong with this choice

Overall I really like the washer. The sound the washer does when the load is finished can be annoying if you let it be. We now just laugh at it. My only complaint is that Samsung moved the bracket holes to hold the dryer on top over just a half an inch. (my current dryer is a Samsung from 2009-the matching washer stopped working but the dryer is still going strong). I feel like Samsung does this on purpose to make you feel like you have to buy a matching pair. We made it work but ill take off a star for that. Best Buy was 2 hours late for the delivery. They said they would be there between 12-6 and showed up at 8pm. Just a heads up if you are getting it delivered.

Very easy to use, works great and easy to install.

It works well and is easy to use. I mostly give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it vibrates a lot more than our previous Samsung. Even when our previous one was breaking down and sounded like a jet engine taking off during the spin cycle, it still didn't vibrate as much as this one. Can't put much on top of it because it will just get shaken off onto the floor.

Pretty happy with my purchase. Very smooth running and that’s what i like! Good recommendation.

Easy to use. Excellent washer. I’d give it 5 stars but I wish it had an automatic fabric softener dispenser. Too much to expect on a cheaper model. Works great though. And it plays a little song when it’s done.

Working great . We had it for 3 weeks now! It gets all the stains out from my daughters cloths !

Very good stackable washer and dryer set for appartment. Suoer quite and quick to wash. Installers for Bestbuy made the whole experience even better with how amazing they were.

Don't forget to take the drum bolts out like me..... other than that this is our second set of Samsung front loads and we won't go back

My wife loves it! We purchased the set and had Best Buy deliver and install them! This u it gets the job done quickly and quietly in forty five minutes.

Love this washer. Really quite. Wrings out very well.

Good washer. Gets our clothes nice and clean. Only issue is supper fast spin the washer bounces to much.

Great Dryer. A lot quieter than my current dryer. Glad I chose the dark color than the white, it looks very modern. Dries the clothes in one cycle and have yet to re-dry damp clothes.

This machine functions as it should and love the sounds and the blue light of the digital display. Cleans very well and just overall looks very nice in my home. Very happy with my purchase.
