We love our new washer! It fits a lot and has many settings to choose from. I especially love how it does a great job in ringing out the excess water in the spin cycle...so much better than our last washing machine! The song it plays at the end is nice too and reminds me to transfer clothes to the dryer!

This washer is excellent. There's nothing bad I can say bout it. You won't know when it's washing until you go to it quiet starting. Though the best feature and what makes it unique is it whistling sound to let you know it has finish washing the load. I'll recommend this to friends that need a great washer.

As a big family we needed a big washer. I’m so glad we decided to go ahead with this buy, it has been saving me a lot of time doing laundry. Now I can enjoy a little bit more my Sundays without going multiple times to my laundry room to keep loading my washer. Definitely a good size washer for big families

Cleans great its quiet but just takes forever to wash

washes clothes well. kinda loud but it is in the laundry room outside so it doesn't really bother us. it does start and stop continuously and running time for a large load is 3 hours! like watching paint dry. But no problems yet.

Good washing machine for every day loads. You have to “power on” the washer every single time you go to use it. There is a slight delay after you set your wash cycle type and the door latches.

Our old washer finally broke down after years of fixing it and replacing parts, but I didn't need a fancy one since it's just for two people. This was the perfect option because it works great without any of the gimmicks. No problems so far, and clothes all smell super fresh.

Thought it was an agitator washer, but it’s not. HE (high efficiency) means it’s more like a front loader than the old agitator type. Cleans good, wash cycle is longer than I though, but work great. Used their service to install and haul off old. Should just automatically include hoses.

Good mid size washer from a trusted brand name, purchased for slightly under $490. Very satisfied with that price. Had it a couple of years now with no complaints. Pretty quiet and smooth wash flow. It does its job effectively. Several wash settings, including a “DELICATE” cycle that washed my dining room curtains pretty well that had years of minor surface dirt on them. They look almost brand new!!! It uses very little washing detergent and water, as indicated by the detergent tray. That is always beneficial to us humans and the environment. Also has a lock feature while in use, which I believe may be a great safety feature. Lastly, it has a musical tone that alerts you when the wash cycle is complete. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

The Samsung washer and dryer set is working great thus far. Used it to wash normal to large loads at different water temperatures. Washer handled washing a King size comforter and King size bed pad with no problem.

So far we love this washer. It is quiet, washes the clothes well, and even has a little tune at the end of the cycle. Lol. So far we are very impressed. It holds a lot of laundry which is nice....now we need a bigger dryer. Lol.

I’ve been very happy with this washer so far. It’s really big and I can wash my comforters in it rather than going to the laundromat. I ordered it online and had some issues with the order, but after finally working things out, am glad I didn’t have to cancel it.

First brand new washer I buy!! After a long research between different brands on market finally decided to get this one and I'm not disappointed at all! I will recommend it not only because of the price but also because saves water and electricity! My bill didn't go up at all in fact I would say I'm saving money on water every month! Amazing!

I purchased an open box Samsung washer and couldn't be happier. I walked in the store saw what I wanted after reading online that it was available in the store even received a $50 discount because I was taking it that day and was not having it delivered. It was definitely a win-win for me.

I was using and old washer and dryer that was pulling and stretching my clothing i was looking for a washer without an extractor right in the middle of the washer but this one has one at the bottom of it and i live it. I was also looking for a bigger dryer as well

We needed a washing machine as ours broke. In a panic, we bought this Samsung, and we are very happy with it. We did not want to spend a fortune, like we did on our last one (front loader). This one is perfect, and it was less than most machines are today.
