This is my second time buying this washer and dryer because when we sold our last house the buyer wanted them. I love this one because it now has hard buttons instead of the rubber buttons and the capacity is really great. Never have any problems.

So my grandmother wanted a washer for her birthday, something that was easy for her to utilize with ease, *she is elderly* and I came across this and it has been a successful hit!!! Although she complains because " it takes its time " she loves it!! Lol

I am very happy with this washer. It has a bigger capacity than my previous washer so I can wash more clothes at once. It has many choices to accommodate any type of laundry. I like that it gives an audible tune when you need to run the self-clean cycle.

Honestly been a fan of top loading washers for quite some time now. People say it doesn't clean as well as front loading, but this has been doing a great job. This is my 2nd "newer" Samsung washer i've owned and I've been happy with them so far.

This Samsung washer is great! It is quiet and has all the functions I need. The only thing I wish it had is a clear top lid so I would be able to see the water fill levels. Otherwise, no cons for this machine!

I'm not super picky with my washing machines. I want it to wash well, be top loading, and not have a middle agitator. This washer fits all of those criteria.

The delivery and installation went very smooth. The guys were worried that we would be mad that they showed up early. Which wasn’t the case, we were stoked. The machine works really well and plays a cool little tune at the end of the cycle!

I am very pleased with this washer. It takes a very large load (almost can’t reach the bottom) and works very well. It “sings” when the load is done. No complaints!

We replaced a workhorse Maytag from 1976. Quite a difference. This one is so quiet and the new type agitator doesn't grab or damage clothes. When the cycle is done, it plays a little tune. Charming. Does its job well.

At first I felt a little iffy about it but once we got it up and working It worked it’s magic. Seemed small but had tons of space for big loads of clothes so I would definitely recommend this washer. Good price, no regrets!

This washer cleans well and was priced well. The end of cycle signal is one thing that might be an issue for some as it plays a melody that is not very loud. Other than that minor issue this is a great value that changes well.

i really like this washer. Its big enough to fit my king size blankets and when on quick wash takes half the time. I do wish it had a timer so that I know how long until it's finished, but thats the only complaint.

This seems to be a good machine, but is so deep that I have trouble bending down into the tub to remove socks, etc. I had to buy this online because of the virus, so the overall size was a surprise--the width is the same as my old Whirlpool, but the depth in longer and the height is way deeper. But for a growing family with little boys, it probably would be a godsend. I haven't been able to override the child safety lock to be able to pause the machine to add clothes, but that's probably user error. It simply doesn't release the lock, even though it says it is released.

The style of the washer and the size is just what I was looking for. It is a good basic washer that doesn't have anything too fancy but still have everything you need. This was my first washer and I am pleased.

Very quiet yet efficient machine. The spin cycle is so strong that it will definitely save time and money running dryer. Not a bad thing I can say about the washer except I wish I would have gotten it sooner.

I am super impressed with how quiet this washer is. When I did my first load after we hooked it up, I had to make sure it was on. I love that the drum doesn't have that annoying post/agitator in the middle of it. It allows for more clothes to fit inside and they seem to get cleaner. I like all the functions that the washer comes with. I usually use the quick wash setting and it does a very good and quick job of cleaning out clothes. I have also noticed that this washer and thr matching dryer quick was and time dry setting seem to finish around the same time, so the waiting period is very minimal. I appreciate this since clothes don't have to sit wet in the washing machine waiting for a load to dry.

Uses very water and very quiet. Trumps trade war caused the washer to be $375 more than the matching dryer. I bought the matching dryer a couple year ago and I should have bought the washer then. Not best buys fought tho.

My kenmore washer broke, at Best Buy browsing and we decided on this washer, since the salesman was very knowledgeable on the brand. By fas the best purchase. We purchased both the washer and dryer. Absolutely love them both.

The tub has nothing in the center which was nice considering straps and things get stuck. Tubs a nice size, very white and fits perfectly in small spaces like my apartment. Love Samsung products.

This washer was on sale for a good price. This is HE with no agitator so there’s a bit of a learning curve for me. I’ve had to do some research online to get some tips on getting the most from it. It’s pretty quiet.
