I've had a side loader washer for the past 9 years, so, this washer took some getting used to with not overloading. Very high tech and will let you know right away. I did make a mistake of overloading the first week & instead of the washer rocking back and forth off track, it simply turns off. The setting will automatically set at low water which is very efficient as well & gets clothes just as clean as high water. No adverse effects by using pods, liquid or powder. I would recommend to only use liquid in compartments & pour powder or pods directly into washer with clothes. Very happy with purchase

So far, so good. I have had this washing machine for about 3 weeks. It’s quiet, cleans my laundry well, and has many different options for various types of laundry. Definitely recommended

When looking for a washer I needed something that could wash a full load and not leave behind soap powder on my clothes. This wash gets the job done and I caught it on sale. Nice job Samsung

Excellent washer for a family. Quickly washes large loads using many different options. Bought to replace a model we weren’t satisfied with after only two years. Completely satisfied.

Don’t like the locking lid; I like to add my detergent in once the load starts to wash and i can tell by the suds if I’ve added enough; i don’t like the groaning sound it makes at the beginning; i don’t like the shimmy it has; I don’t like the idea of adding things to “even the load”, I should be able to wash whatever size load I need to; I don’t like not being able to open the Lid to check on water level, etc without pausing it; I wish I had not purchased a washer without an agitator, the impeller dies not get all stains out.

I bought this washer sight unseen. It had great reviews and I see why. The tub is huge and it even has a waterproof cycle for things like raincoats and shower curtains! I simply love it!

I've owned this machine for about a month now and I absolutely love it. It is the most quiet machine I have ever owned, sometimes I forget it's even on and washing. Very satisfied!!!

Couldn’t be happier. We’ve had to get use to the way the machine cleans, as there isn’t an agitator. The wash cycles take longer, but there are only two of us, not so many clothes to was.

Basically, this was a good purchase. Easy to use, and fairly priced. Delivery was fast and the crew knew what they were doing. Glad i bought both, washer and dryer, at same time.

Great washer for the price. I truly recommend it! At first I didn't understand the process to wash the clothes from one cycle to another but then I I understood it, I simply loved it.

I should have bought a washer with an agitator. Also the water temperature control on this is not what I expected. I have to add two buckets of hot water in order to get warm water for my clothes. I like using hot water for towels, under garments etc. I wish I had a do over on this one

Samsung XL washer machine is great. It’s large in the inside for Queen size blanket washing. It has automatic lock before washing cycle. overall 10-10 rating.

Purchased while in a bind, didn’t have the money to replace my washer unexpectedly right around Christmas... like this washer more than my last Samsung which was double the price.

I am very happy with my purchase. The machine has a large capacity and does a great job of getting the clothes clean. I like the “jingle” it plays when the cycle is done.

This is a simple washer with all of the settings I'd like. My complaint is that a couple things are confusing and they aren't explained in the manual. For example, the water auto-sense is next to the Low setting but it isn't completely clear to me that by putting it on Low it will auto-sense the water level. Also, I can't figure out how to turn off the music it plays at the end of a load.

I. I bought this for my 25 year old son. He says he loves it and it may be to big for him to use because he is single. Overall he couldn’t be happier I purchased him so lovely.

I’ve been a whirlpool product man for years and this is the first samsung I’ve bought and am well pleased with this washer im even gonna go back and buy the matching dryer soon it is a great product

I previously purchased the same unit for my daughter and it has been problem free. As I needed to replace my current washer I decided to buy the same unit again. Sho far both work as designed.

Nice large capacity washer. Does not have a lot of bells and whistle for the price and seems a louder than the last washer we had. Really like the stainless bowl with out the agitator.
