My clothes get knotted together and more wrinkly in the center without it. Also, I've had to return my machine 1x for another because the delicate cycle (if you do a very small load) stops and doesn't rinse and spin to the end. I had to turn my machine off and do a rinse spin cycle to finish it. The second machine is doing the same thing, but I don't think a new one would help.

The only problem is I cannot do a hot wash cycle using the "Hot" setting. Even after I had a Best Buy technician look at it, the hottest I get is cool water, which is fine for most things. However, it would be nice to have the option of a hot cycle for towels, socks and underwear, especially with a washer purchased less than two months ago.

Unfortunately, I purchased a Samsung washer.

The dryer that I bought at the same time has been fine. After the recall I was given a choice by Samsung.....A cash settlement and the ability to purchase a new washer. I chose the Samsung again because it went wiuth my dryer, This new machine seems to be working well,.
