We needed units (washer and dryer) that are no more than 27 inches wide each and this was the best of the bunch in this price range meeting that requirement. Not having a big agitator in the way is her favorite feature. The tub is pretty deep which provides for big loads. However, she is only 5' 1" tall requiring her to stand on her tippy-toes to reach items in the very bottom at times.

The capacity is large enough to wash a queen size comforter. Features I like so far are the auto water setting (the machine senses the appropriate water level) and the bedding/waterproof cycle (really good for the quilts, blankets, and mattress covers). I am very pleased with the performance of this machine.
