It's a great brand and a great washer! I like that it looks like a modern washing machine and that the detergent drawer is right above the laundry so if I accidentally knock it while putting the bottle back and it spills, it'll just go on the dirty clothing.

I like it, although I am supremely irritated with the fact that you cannot turn the chime off that happens when you press each button. It would have been perfect if that could just be turned off.

The large tub is Great, I like having several options of different wash settings. Sometimes the spin cycle does not seem to do a sufficient job and but I'm experimenting with size of loads & settings to see if that remedies the situation.

It took awhile to get to know the washer. It still takes a little to long to wash. The man who we spoke with at the 800 number told me to call the store for a replacement. But I can't get anyone to answer the phone. Not Happy with Best Buy.

I recently purchased this along with the dryer and you can barely hear it when it's operating. Our previous washer was very loud! I like that it washes clothes really well by not leaving too much water in your clothes. Also like that it has a child lock!

It's been a long time since I purchased a new washing machine. This machine is so great. It is sophisticated, quiet, and easy on the eyes without being overly plain. I hope to get a dryer in the future, and it will be a Samsung.

Have had washer for 2 months and haven't had a problem. The controls are basic and pretty simple to learn. The unit plays a chime when finished so you can hear it from another room.

I have never liked washing clothes but this machine is the best. Clothes come out clean. I am usually not much on new technology but I love it. I couldn't be happier and hope it lasts 10 years like the last one.

Literally makes laundry easier. This machine sings to you when it is done. And annoys you with song when something is wrong. I appreciate the support. Also seems to get the clothes very clean!

my new washer and dryer were installed about three weeks ago. I am so impressed this far! Easy to operate and I can wash all my bedding plus some in one load. Samsung wins in my book again.

Overall, I am very pleased with this machine. My only complaint is that there is no option to view the time of the cycles or to know how close clothes are to being finished.

It's a pretty sufficient washer machine. It does automatically lock when in cycle, but you can manually press a button to unlock. When unlocked however the machine does stop.

The tub of the washer is very deep and sometimes difficult to get small items off the bottom. Also the selections available are not intuitive and you need to read the instructions.

This washer has a lot of bang for the buck. It has all the settings and cycles one needs for all types of garments, linens and bedding. Thumbs up.

This washer has a stainless steel tub and it is very deep. It was bought as a second washer and works very well so far. The lid has a safety lock on it when it is running which I think is great.

This machine is ok for the money. A little loud and limited controls

No complaints! It’s an average size capacity - not for huge loads of laundry at one time. It works great and we’ve had no issues with it at all.

Great and easy to use. A little noisy sometimes. Fits great where old units were in the garage. I thought it wouldn't wobble, but it still has a little jiggle motion.

First high efficiency washer and can't believe how much drier items are compared to old washer. Quite impressed. I like that it has several water levels and types of washes to choose from.
