So far so good. Bought this model because the price was right and my past two washers with more options only lasted about 6 years each. No complaints on this washer so far. Does a good job and is huge. I am 5’ 8”, and if I were any shorter I couldn’t reach the clothes at the bottom. Like that I can do a double rinse and I like that totally cold tap water is an option. I miss the delay start of my old washer, but my old washer was $250 more than this one.

I decided to go back to a top load after having a front load washer & dryer for 7 years. They were too much trouble; never completely clean smelling, extra cleaning involved to keep the rubber seals and doors clean, having to drain the filters constantly, never lived up to my expectations. This Samsung ended up being the best for what I wanted to spend and had better features than most others in this price point. I researched and looked for 6 weeks prior to purchasing. Completely happy with it! ONLY problem is I was born too short to reach the bottom of the tub without a step stool due to how deep and spacious it is. That is a first world problem I happy with. Best Buy’s deliver time and service was the reason I chose to purchase this model here.

This washer has great capacity for a family. Cleans well and simple to operate.

I had a bad experience with my last Samsung washer so I am a little biased. The only reason I bought this one is that Samsung gave me $256 toward it in a recall settlement. If I could have used that money toward a different brand I would have done so. That said, this washer seems pretty 'run of the mill'. I hate HE washers as it is and I wish it at least had an agitator. It does have a large basket which is good for blankets and large loads. However, the machine goes off balance quite a bit so don't leave it unattended if you're washing heavy blankets or linens. I do like the fact that there are multiple water level settings as HE washers typically do not use enough water. HUGE plus as I had to add water to make the load heavier on my old one so that it would fill with an appropriate amount of water In the end, I get the feeling there are better washers in this price segment but I imagine they are pretty close in quality. Hopefully this one lasts longer than the 3 years the last one did but we'll see.

This is the best washing machine I’ve ever used. My clothes are cleaner and smell great. It has a huge basket and can handle a lot of clothes. The only thing is if you use a bigger cycle it takes longer. It took me 1 1/4 hour to was a large load

i only do laundry for myself, so didn't want to spend a ton of $$ but wanted a good quality product. So far, this machine has proved to be just that, above all it is quiet in operation and does a good job cleaning the clothes.

Initially I was worried it wasn't as big as some of the others models like Samsungs 5 cubic foot model. My concerns were not warranted. It is HUGE inside and fits any comforter I want to put in. I used to have to take comforters to a laundry mat. No more yay. Its quiet and even sings a little song when its done.

Even after having the Geek squad here to adjust the washer, it still vibrates a lot. We have checked the clothes to see if they are in a hump but they are like they should be...scattered about. A little noisy. Seems to clean well. Putting it on spin only, could have been made a lot easier.

My new washer is big enough for my family and not loud. I love that there are different water levels, depending on the size of the load I'm washing. I'm happy with the overall appearance. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Very happy with service and product. The washing machine his large enough for our king size comforters, has a self clean cycle and is fairly silent. This was my first washing machine that was a Samsung and I’m very pleased we already exclusively use Samsung TVs.

Excellent performance; get clothes clean. I had to take some time to study the manual, as this is my first HE washing machine. It's quieter than our old top loader and is quiet enough for our garage installation.

Bought this on sale to replace my old washer. Love the space. It does sound loud if it’s off balance but easy to remedy. I even like that it plays a little jingle when it’s done washing your clothes. Would buy it again, especially for the price.

Very happy with this top loading washer. I am able to wash my blankets and heavy towels without the washing machine moving side to side and not completing the cycle. This machine has a big tub but also cycles for smaller loads. I replaced a 7 year old Maytag, worse machine I have ever owned. All my kitchen appliances are Samsung, So far, very happy with quality.
