Good for 2 years. Afterwards it stopped spinning, and then after having 2 appointments with Geek Squad where they "fixed" it, it stopped filling and doing any other functions. Very annoyed that after so many appointments with Geek Squad they keep on ordering parts that are the "problem" and nothinf fixes this machine. I have been months without being able to wash, waiting for parts to get delivered. I need and deserve a new after paying so much money for insurance anyway.

It's pretty loud, and very sensitive. You have to make sure the load is evenly spread out in the drum. Can't dump laundry in all at once, the sensor won't recognize it.

We've had a front loading Samsung washer for 10 years and did not have a problem with it until recently. We then purchased this top loader washer and my wife and I regret this purchase. First and foremost this washer is loud! If you purchase this model install it out in the garage so you do not have to listen to it run. Does the Samsung team even test out their models before selling them? Also this model washer does not seem to get the clothes to come out of the washer smelling clean and fresh. Sadly we are selling it after less than six months of owning it.

It’s an amazing washer but sometimes I’m lost on why water stays I have to open move inside washer clothes around and resume from where it left off sometimes it takes a while for it to get it right

I needed a new washer. The 1st couple of washes this washer worked great. After that, it started refilling with water in the spin cycle. It will flash an alert of a problem and make noise like it was off balance however the machine load was not huge. I do not recommend this washer. It could be just this washer but I do not recommend it. on a better note its dryer works GREAT!

Again buying an appliance Online is a mistake. Would not have purchased if I was aware of no delay start and depth of wash basin.

This machine is decent but it takes way too long to finish one load under the setting labeled "normal."

Thankfully, Best Buy has done a great job of getting me taken care of with a different washer/dryer combo. I purchased this washer and matching dryer (dryer has done great btw but I want a matching set). Within 8 days I decided to exchange the units for a different brand after having nothing but issues with the washer shaking itself out of balance on 60-70% of the loads I put through it (yes I read all of the manual and got on the Samsung website to try all solutions and they did not make a difference).

Really don't care for this washer, should have stuck with LG products. We cannot get it leveled. No matter what we do the washer shakes violently during spin cycles. We have had both LG top load (without agitator) and front load and never had this issue Only the front has leveling feet which makes it impossible to level the back even with shims. The floor is dead on level so that isn't the issue. We are just going to sell this POS Samsung for a considerable loss and go back to LG.

My boyfriend said an agitator works better at getting his work clothes clean. I didn't know you DON'T have the option to turn off the end cycle chime. It's loud, long and so annoying! Makes me completely dislike my washing machine.

Great washer ,but now ,after 2 years a motor most likely burned ,and we really didn’t wash huge load

At first, I had no issues with this washer, BUT after having it for 10 months it no longer fills with water. I contacted Samsung as it was still under warranty. I was given a repair appointment two weeks away, inconvenient, but what can you do? In the meantime I am stuck waiting and spending money at the laundromat. As of now, my washer has been broken for an entire month and I have had the repair men out three different times. They’re ordering one last part that should fix the issue; I am not hopeful. I understand that appliances have issues from time to time but there is nothing easy about getting and making an appointment for repair with Samsung. On average it usually takes about 45 minutes to complete a phone call. And it seems the repair men they send out are subpar and have to make several phone calls asking for help in trying to diagnose the problem and that is still incorrect. For these reasons, I will never purchase another Samsung product again.
