Samsung Top Loader Had Problem 2 Months Later

Start using it in July 2020. It began to have problem two months after the first use (once a week usage). The washing machine could not spin and dry at the end of the wash.

A piece of garbage

On March 30 the washer stopped spinning and a loud noise took place and seems like the washer was hitting the walls. The lights that was supposed to control the water temperature is not longer working.. I am single and do laundry once a week and my load had less than 16 pieces of clothing.

In Marion county Iowa we did not have a case of covid 19 until mid April. It is 4/18/2020 still no washer or dryer! There was no real reason the washer and dryer should of not been installed!

Crapped out in under two years!

We have checked all the hoses, water supply, water inlet valves, water level switch, and nothing. It’s past the one-year warranty time and I should have known something was off when the buttons were intermittently randomly non-respond a few months ago…without water, it’s obviously useless so I can’t review over one star.

Problems w/in the 5 weeks.

But it has often did this thing when it is on rinse and spin, start beeping and stops and I have to rearrange the load , sometimes it starts then, or starts to beep again. Also sometimes it does this really loud shaking thing.
