Love my washer0! Doesnt have all the extra bells and whistles you dont need. I have had zero trouble and am very happy with my washer! Holds a lot of clothes or comforter.

great product for the price point it is, seriously does the job! has option to use both liquid and powder detergent which i love. so far so good, i am even able to wash my queen size comforters without any issues. if you're someone who doesn't normally read instruction manuals. i recommend doing so, just so you know the capability of what you're purchasing. i also recommend to have best buy install everything for you ( you do have to also buy parts through them ) its that much less of a hassle and you'll be assured everything is hooked up where its supposed be hooked up , and they stand behind their installation if something goes wrong.

It was good, but it stopped working this week. Checked to see what the problem is and unfortunately this doesn't give you any diagnostic codes even when the manual shows it can. Seems like mines ended up failing within the time range some people who reviewed this as well.

Love this washer have had it 3 yrs now and still works like it's brand new.

A top loader at a reasonable price during the black Friday sale going on most of November at Best buy. Has many features , and is very easy to use with intuitive controls. Replaced a front loader with water leaks, and is much easier to use and cleans and softens laundry in a superior way. Large stainless steel drum.

So far 4 years later I only have very mild complaints about this washer. The song it sings at the end of a load is too long and the location of the detergent receptacles is not very accessible.

Great washer! I’ve never had an issue with it. It’s a decent size for our family of 4.

4 years and still going strong! It gets jammed with comforters or alot of heavy blankets though

When I first got this washer, I loved it. I mainly loved the capacity. And I wrote a rave review at the time. But now I've had it for more than a year, and I wish I had chosen differently. Just now, I had to reload a blanket for the 6th time in one wash because it had gone unbalanced, and it prompted me to write a new review. This happens all the time. Blankets cause it to go unbalanced over and over, as do towels and anything dense like jeans. You have to be extra strategic as you load, only putting in maybe two denser items like towels and jeans, balancing it with light, fluffy clothes like fleece and underwear. The rest of my family does not understand this, so loads go unbalanced about 25% of the time, meaning I need to reach into the sopping wet, cavernous basin to pull everything out and try to put it back in evenly. This is brutal for my back. Every time I hear the little "ding dong" telling me it is unbalanced, I hate it a little bit more. Also, it doesn't clean as well as a washer with an agitator (or front loader.) The clothes ball up and just jiggle around, so dirt, hair and detritus also sort of globs into the folds, and spills or stains don't wash out. I'll add a photo demonstrating what I mean. Luckily, most of the loose material comes off in the dryer, but anything sticky or liquid will not come out in this washer. We can't afford to replace this - it was a huge, unexpected expense for us. I wish we had known this before. I would have gone with a washer with an agitator or another frontloader.

Only lasted 4 years. No longer working, a washer should last longer.

I am so glad I took the time to go back and reread all these reviews and connect with a couple of people who took the time to review. Oh how I wanted this to be my new washing machine, but alas, it has failed in the 1st couple of weeks working. The thing turns on and off w/o provacation, which can be rather mind-blowing as I live on the other side of the wall. 1st time I thought it was the ghost, but the 2nd time I knew it had to go back. The spin cycle is worthless, my clothes have never been so wet ( I thought it was really cool my clothes weren't wrinkled), but no, they were just super WET. Nor will the thing balance even though we've screwed and unscrewed the legs numerous time (talk about a pain in the back!) Then comes the noises, which are too numerous to even begin to list from the water filling to squirting and jiggling (this thing doesn't spin as much as it jerks back and forth) if I would of seen this working I would of never bought it, period. Notice the huge weight difference between this and other models, even the same brand. This weighs 25-35 lbs less than most machines like this and it shows in the spin cycle. I have a lot of Samsung products in my home and my last front loader was a Samsung. All I can say is read all the reviews, go see all these machines in person and then double think about the purchase. I took Geek Squad's advice, bought the cheapest off brand there was in this style and added the 5 year warranty. Thanks Best Buy for letting me return this w/o too much fuss. You rock. If you buy a machine buy a warranty! It's worth it, the way they make stuff these days.

Family of 5 here and I just installed this last night. I was able to fit a queen size down comforter and 2 duvet covers in one load. I love all the options it gives me. The only thing I don't like is the child lock. I'll have to go in the manual and see if I could deactivate that.

Died in under 4 years. Really disappointing to spend that kind of money for it to stop working so soon

Generally a decent washer, but after only 3 years, I now have a problem where it stops during the spin cycle. I've been told it's the balance rods from over loading but we don't overload it so dependability on this washer is suspect. I paid $450..so to have a service call and repair it, is not worth the money. Rather buy a new one than spend 2-300 fixing it.
