Very quiet fits big king size sheet that what we have a king bed and other bed sheet most of you loads are 123 and it handle big loads washing the clothes very clean and crisps

This machine's capacity is enormous and does a wonderful job of cleaning the clothes properly. However, I asked if it had a handwash cycle and was told it did. It doesn't, but I feel confident that it is gentle enough on my clothes. Great buy for emergency need.

Not too loud at all, washes good, was afraid of no agitator, but no difference. A ton of room in washer and it plays some music when done :) would def recommend

This is our first washer/dryer set and we love them! The technicians that installed them were quick and informative. The drum is so big so we can wash/dry so much more in fewer loads. Got these on sale and would recommend doing the same. Also they sing to you when a load is done. First time for that too.

The washer is amazingly quiet, big drum, just love the water levels are controlled by you. You actually have more control over the machine than the machine has over you. So far, I just love it.

I purchased this dryer over a year ago with the Best Buy installation. The installers were amazing! The dryer is easy to use and fairly quite. I would recomend this dryer, especially with the ease of how to use it.

She loves it. The larger capacity allows her to wash more. It is quieter and she loves that the detergent and softener departments have easy access and they don't create a mess.

This washer is a good value. Loads take longer than the more expensive front loader that this machine replaced, but this machine eliminates the risks that come with a front loader (the rubber seal on my old machine needed to be replaced, and the cost of replacement due to labor charges was almost as much as a new machine).

I’ve owned this washer for 18 months now & I’m still pretty happy with my purchase. 3 things to note: first, washing pillows sucks! Even on the waterproof/bedding setting the load becomes unbalanced & enters continuous state of rinse/spin cycles trying to rebalance the load. Same thing happens when trying to wash something that’s wet, blanket, shirt, etc., the weight of the wet garment throws off the entire load. Second thing, my washer has become inoperable a handful of times. I’ve tried to start a load & all the lights light up & it makes a beeping sound. I have to unplug the washer (sometimes as little as 1min but can be as long as overnight) until it seems to reset itself & operate as normal. Third thing, the detergent dispenser NEEDS a redesign. That broke 30 days into owning but I was able to glue the pieces back together with a waterproof adhesive. The detergent dispenser needs a redesign. I got the 5 year service plan when I purchased this washer just hope it covers the failing part(s). My Amana lasted 10 years… With light to moderate use, I’m hoping this Samsung makes it to 5 years…Other than this, I love the look & have not had any problems with clothing snagging. Sometimes the clothes get tangled together but that’s only happened in fuller loads..

I bought them when our old washer went out. This washer is a huge upgrade, for the price it’s hard to beat. We have yet to have any problems with it. It gets everything clean

I have only had my washer for a short time. It seems to be working well and I am happy with it. There was not a model in the store for me to look at and I wish I could have seen it. The drum is super huge. I am on the short side and cannot reach to the bottom of the drum to get the clothes out. I am glad that it is large, but it is too large for me.

This washer is very easy to use and has a good amount of good features that are actually useful. Quite and very nice looking, wife is very happy with purchase. Highly recommend it if you are on a budget.

Great price for a large-capacity HE washer. Does an excellent job washing and spinning, reducing the amount of time for drying. My only complaint is that there’s no permanent press wash cycle.

Replaced a less modern washer with great results. Some complain about lack of fill level, but modern washers are much more efficient. Cycle is longer than older models but results are great.

I am satisfy with my purchase. Like the fact that it's a top load. Easy to use & clean when done, no fear of mold around the top cover. Its a great buy for the price as well

I purchased this washer because I wanted something new without an agitator in the middle so i could wash my king size sheets. The washer would stop on its own and all the lights would begin blinking. When the cycles do actually complete they take well over an hour to finish. A washer should not take that long. I left it at my old place because I was not happy with it.

It's fairly quite and it one of the bigger capacities for the money but not the greatest if you need special setting. Pretty basic in that category. Over it's a good washer

This price is reasonable and good. The size is big enough for bed clothes. And no noise and vibration. Brand is samsung, we trust the performance.

I'm enjoying my new washer. It takes longer to wash than my previous washer, but it uses much less water and is very, very quiet unlike my previous one. There are 11 or 12 cycle options. The Geek Squad guys installed and showed me how to use it in less than 30 minutes.
