Works great everytime I used it and it was easy to clean.

Biggest piece of junk. Never cleaned clothes well and as of 2023, stopped spinning the clothes. Unbalanced and not worth the 200$ it would cost for repairs. Get a washer with a Center agitator. These things suck.

Nice controls and the cleaning action is good. Normal cycle which I'm sure most people use, is impossible to get anything but a cold was. Set for warm and it is ice cold. Have to add several gallons of hot water to get a warm wash. Thought this had Automatic Temperature Control but it doesn't. If I could I'd return and pay a little more for ATC. Check the full specs on these machines unless you have perfectly matched hot and cold water mix.

After 3 years this washing machine is no good! Every wash the drum bangs against the side of the machine. I had a retired Samsung guy came and looked at it to see if it's leveled, or if the drum is loose and he said something about the drum balanced. It's off. It'll cost me more to fix it. His suggestion was to purchase another machine. REALLY?!?!?! Just after 3 years?!?!? What a piece of crap!! No wonder it's discontinued!

Worse washing machine ever, clothes not cleaned, noisy, shakes, stays on and beep for hours to where it gets hot.

I've had this washer for 3-4 years and it has gotten to the point that every load I wash it goes from spin to rinse then spin and rinse again. I've looked online and see other people have had this issue with this washer and all they suggest is to add more clothes to balance it out, but even with a full load that is half the tub it will do the same. Not very water efficient. Looking to buy another brand soon.

This washer has plenty of room for bedding and washes clothes efficiently. Multiple settings to meet your laundry needs and a great value for the price.

After doing some comparative shopping, this was the best value we found for a washer. It was for an apartment we rent and the tenant loves it.

If there was a way to turn off the music it plays at the end of cycle, I would give it a higher rating. But it's so annoying and loud, I'm returning the washer. The operation of washing clothes is very good. And yes I did call Samsung, they answered the phone very quickly, but that model, the only model in the washer line that does not have a way to turn off sounds.

Good dryer works well drys pretty quicly have had for 3 years

The washer I was very excited about but a lot of times if the load is too heavy it will be unbalanced and just throw water. Also there Will be bleach remaining from previous wash and it ruins all your clothes. I told Samsung about the issue and they simply told me it was my fault and didn't do anything about it. I don't think I will buy another Samsung washer in the future because of the bad customer service.

Do not waste your money on this brand of washer. From the beginning it has been leaving a brown flaky film on my clothes and at the bottom of the washer, now starting to smell. Apparently it is a common problem with Samsung top loaders (tons of people complaining about the same issue online). I contacted Samsung since I'm still in my 1 year warranty and of course they "can't" do anything. So now less than 1 year later I will be purchasing a new washer. I will never buy another Samsung product. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this!!

I’ve had with this washer from day one. Now the suspension is broken. Not one of my best purchases.

Never buy this and return it asap if you can. Had washer for 2 years and already had it serviced twice. Now service man has no idea how to fix it. Have put 300 dollars into repairs and still have no washer. Run away from this product!!!

Stopped working after 9 months. If you’re ok with that just make sure you purchase an extended warranty because outside of that neither Samsung nor Best Buy can do do anything for you once it’s broken. Waste of money.

We originally bought the older version of this washer in 2015. It was recalled so we purchased a replacement with our recall credit. Less than 4 years later the motor has completely failed. We are a family of 4 and do not over use or overfill it. I have contacted Samsung and their warranty is only a year. Our repairman told us to stay away from Samsung, so we will be replacing it with a different brand

I have owned this washer for just under 2 years 9 months and it just broke. It is leaking water from the bottom. I am terribly disappointed in the lack of quality and longevity. Very sad that Samsung used to manufacture quality products. I do not believe that is the case anymore and will not purchase another Samsung appliance.

doesn't clean clothes right . needs to be called I tried washer my two work shirts 2xs now cause the first time I thought I had put to much clothes in so I added less and still not washed right . it seems like is only spinning in water that barely moves. not with the buy tbh
