I LOVE MY WASHER!!! The last “NEW” washer I had was in 2006, so I was loooong overdue lol!! I was sooo excited to have a new washer, I read the whole manual and used it the first night lol!! I cannot believe how QUIET it is lol!! It gets the stains out on the first wash!! The softener and detergent dispenser makes me feel like I have a shiny new toy lol!! **(The hint about diluting the liquid softener with water is life-changing!!!!)**

So far everything has performed perfectly. Easy to use. Cleans well and removes the water well in the spin cycle.

The washer settings are simple enough for my children to be able to start loads. Also, the washer when running is so quiet.

This machine uses less water them my previous machine and cleans better. Very easy to use. I would highly recommend.

I've had my washer and dryer for 2 years now (since May 2020) and it still works well. I gave it 5 stars because I couldn't give it 4 and a 1/2 stars and the W/D set is better than 4 stars. I would have taken a half point off if I could - only because the washer doesn't ring your clothes out completely - it's still a little damp, which I think makes the dryer work longer. Also, sometimes the sensor doesn't unlock the door to either when you press "start/pause" in case you want to open the washer or dryer to add something - so sometimes you have to keep pressing "power" to turn it off; then it may open or "power" and "start/pause" or even unplug the appliance so that it will open for you. Those are the only two drawbacks with my experience in the last 2 years with this Samsung W/D set. Otherwise, it's a great washer/dryer and my clothes always come out clean. Plus, I love the way it looks and the sound that the washer and dryer makes to let you know it's finished. Lastly, they work smoothly and quietly - I just wished they came different colors. Overall, my true rating is 4.5 stars. I'm happy with my purchase thus far!!

So far I love my new washer. Clothes seem much cleaner than my old washer. Washer is user friendly.

It does the job, only real complaints are that it runs way longer than necessary and way longer than my old washer and the softener tray starts leaking as soon as you put any softener in it rather than dispensing it when it should so I just use a downy ball to get around that.

I didn’t want this washer. But it’s the one I could afford with features I wanted. I knew I had 14 days to return it. So the first weekend I had it, I washed everything! Large rugs, king size comforters, loads of clothes as I hadn’t had a washer in a week. It performed well on everything I gave it! I’ve had it a month now and it still works great.

Washer is perfect size and can wash a lot at one time. Very energy efficient and quiet. Perfect for our needs.

This is replacing my 12 year old washer. I like the large capacity and the fact that I can wash large, bulky items in it without having to wrap them around an agitator. I recently washed 4 pillows and it didn’t get off balance with all the weight. I wish it didn’t have a locking lid because I am used to being able to just open my previous washer whenever I wanted, but I guess that is a safety feature. You can pause it to open though.
