I am literally on the edge of my sofa cringed because of the grinding noise. I have been waiting to try this thing all day anxious for clean clothes and what do I get, a symphony of chaos in the laundry room. I am beyond. On a lighter side of things geek squad was amazing I think that was the best delivery and hook up experience I have ever had.

Purchased in March 2021, by the end of June it was making so much noise we called it in for service. Three service visits later it can't be fixed so Samsung issued an exchange. Only use to clean 4 loads per week.
