We had a lot of difficulty finding washers in stock at the local box stores but Best Buy pulled through for us with same day pickup at the warehouse.

But buyer beware there is NO permanent press feature on this newer model. I didn't even think I had to look for this in a washer. Other than that I am happy with the model.
