This came with warranty but when you call best buy customer service. They direct you to Samsung care. But warranty from Samsung is completely useless. They first sent technician for inspection and pointed out several issues. Tried multiple times to call samsung customer service for scheduling repairs but they will never answer any calls. Finally they sends someone but again does the same inspections and goes. Doesnot really help to solve the situation. Now we are left in limbo. Complete useless piece of junk

The machine works great although does turn on a little slower than I expected. It has about a two second delay after pressing the power button, but that’s just a minor thing. I have no complaints about how it works.
