After keeping my old center agitator Kenmore washer happy for more than 20 years, one morning it finally washed its last load and I rushed to find a cost-effective replacement. Firstly, the wash capacity is awesome. Toss in a queen sized bedspread without blinking an eye. Next, the automatic water level setting; where has this been my entire life? No more guesswork, plus we conserve water. Then, the cycle choices range from as generic as "normal" to "waterproof" for jackets & ski clothes. If I had to list a negative (kind of) it would be the "self clean" required cycle. I get it, we want a happy and clean unit to last as long as possible, but does it have to fill my giant basin with Hot water (read: conservation)? Overall, it does the job I need with kids and pets making the laundry piles never ending. And I was able to wash 3 standard pillows at once!

I am not impress with this machine. Pro: large tub, many cycles, quiet, easy to use. con: no lint filter blankets don't wash well lint settles on top of blanket. Dark color clothes always shows the lint. need and extra spin cycle.

So far so good. Only used it a handful of times in the last 3 weeks and it does clean very well. The only problem I had was on one load where there was still detergent residue left on 2 shirts after washing. So the next loads I added the extra water to the wash. Prior to purchasing I was reading the reviews and one stood out from the rest... people complaining about the jingle at the end of the cycle. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME, people actually complained about something that turns itself off in matter of moments and the jingle isn't intrusive. Ahhhh the world we live in. I already washed some Sherpa Throws and was able to do 3 at a time, which was awesome. Then tried California king quilt with no problem.

This machine does a good job and is quiet. The machine spins the water out of the clothes so well the drying time is reduced. However this machine takes a longer time to complete a wash cycle. The compacity is much better than a regular machine also. Very good at washing a large blanket or comforter.

Love this washer. Quiet, large capacity, with room for quilts and pillows. No agitator to take up precious space. Very happy with this washing machine.

Works and cleans well. Easy to use. Not much maintenance required

I’ve had my washer since we moved into our house 4 yrs ago. It was a 10 yr old washer with a dial and an agitator. We had to upgrade recently and purchased this washer based on the reviews. It did not disappoint!! Very easy to use, very quiet, and most importantly comes at a great price! Go get yourself one!

So far, so good. Clothes wash really well and are decently spun out for the basic loads we run. Its in my basement, so not sure about how loud it is. My only regret is that I didn't notice it doesn't have a timer, so I can pre-program a load to run later. That feature would make this a great washer.

I love this washer. It’s nice and spacious. Its not noisy. Price was reasonable. I don’t have the matching dryer but will be purchasing soon.

Moved to a new home and bought the Samsung washer and dryer pair for it. My old pair was by Whirlpool. Whirlpool dryer was extremely noisy from the beginning. This washer has been great. Cleans thoroughly and I like having a timer on the panel so I know how much more time it has to complete the wash. Highly recommend.

The washer itself is great, large, quiet, easy to use. They say not to talk about delivery but there is no other way to explain what a nightmare it was. Didn't take off any stars for that but just something to keep an eye on

I purchased this same washer 4 yrs ago. I also purchased the 5 yr warranty. As with any of my purchases, Best Buy backs its purchases & products. My washer is a very good washer & I really love it. It did experience a balance problem, Best Buy came out & appraised the situation. The washer would cost more to repair than to replace, therefore, I was given a new washer of my choice of the same value. I went with same Washer. Customer service has built businesses in this country. I have grown up on it, but now it’s a rare occurrence. Love BEST BUY. Do not change.

So far I like how quiet and easy to use it is. Large capacity tub makes it easy to wash large loads and blankets especially with no agitator.

Best washer I’ve ever owned. It does seem to take longer to do a load because of the 8 cycle but it cleans well. First washer without an agitator too and I love that because you can put more clothes in to clean and not having to worry about spreading the laundry around the thing!
