I originally bought the model below it and I exchanged it for this model. Easy to use, just right about of wash choices, Love the tray for soap and softener. Best buy is the best company to buy these large ticket items from....they take care of their customers.

The oscillator has a hard time cycling clothes through the wash which is why the long wash cycle is necessary.

I don't think it gets my clothes as dry as my previous Whirlpool machine (but for sure you can't squeeze any water out of the clothes, so I didn't take off a star). I use it every day and bought it over a month ago, so I'm pretty happy and I'd buy it again.
