    I can’t reach in and get the clothes at the bottom. I need a grabber to get them .the washer doesn’t start right away. You have to stay by it until it goes through two clicks

    Clothes get clean but after a while mine started to make a cracking noise when in the wash cycle. I don’t notice a difference in performance. The sound is just a little scary to hear

    It's a washing machine, it washes clothes. What more do you want or expect? The see through top is pretty cool, in case you were bored one day and wanted to watch clothes on the spin cycle.

    Much bigger drum than expected, could easily wash a comforter. Might be overwhelming if you usually have very small loads (one basket worth)
