It is very easy to understand the different wash options, very quiet and has held up quite well thus far. A very happy customer!

I like Samsung products in general. I like how it works and I like the top loader. (I had a front loader before and was hesitant to go to a top loader). The price and functionality is all good for this machine. What I do not like is that there is no ability to wash in HOT water. HOT is not HOT. WARM is not WARM. Yes I understand our detergents can do the cleaning job at lower temperatures. That said, there are times (especially washing whites) that you just want a true HOT wash. The temperature on Normal - HOT is in the 60's. The hottest I can get it is 90 degrees. This is not acceptable to me. What I would like is to return this one and I would like to provide my feedback to Samsung on the settings. HOT is not HOT and would like to see more truth in "advertising".
