The salesman was awesome and I really appreciate the team that loaded it for me when I arrived to pick it up. It was an open box purchase and I was thrilled to save over $100 when I had to purchase a washer right at Christmas.

I have only had it for two years and it doesn't clean well at all. It keeps getting worse. There is no inside trap to clean and I think it just builds up because I can't get inside wherever it is, or in this case isn't. Also it doesn't always spin as well as it should.
