Love my new washing machine. Installed very professionally, it's quiet, and has a ice cream truck sound when the load is finished. Easy to use, great price overall. Only downfall was it took over 2 months for arrival. Bought it in December and it arrived in February.

This washer is a replacement for a very comparable older Samsung washer. It is practically laid out the same as the old washer. I really like that the lid has a see through window that allows you to view the wash being done. Great for people such as myself, who are easily entertained by the monotonous actions of watching clothes being agitated and spun. Very good capacity and handles heavier loads well.

Easy to use. Very quiet. Washes clothes well. Received great delivery service and install. Only con, tub is very deep. Since I am short, need step stool to reach the bottom of the tub to reach socks and small clothing.

I love having a washer and dryer in my own home. I have only had my washing machine for a month but so far I am very happy with it. Easy to use and reasonable wash times. The tub has the capacity for a large amount of clothing, blankets or rugs to wash.

I love our new washing machine. The anti-vibration technology on this machine is great. It is the quietest washing machine I've ever owned. It has different settings which is great for a family of five. The top is cool as you can watch the laundry washing. I would definitely recommend this machine.

The machine easily fit through the doors to get to the basement. It runs quietly and has multiple settings. The clear, glass lid allows me to see activity inside the machine. I value the setting for bedding/waterproofing so I could wash a mattress pad. Clothes come out clean. I like that there is not a central agitator.

Love my new washer. I had put off way too long getting a new washer & didn’t realize what a poor job it had been doing until I got this one. I prefer top-loaders and this more than fills the bill. I really like the window in the top enabling me to see what’s going on with the load. The only drawback is that I’m short & this washer is a good bit deeper so I can barely reach the bottom. Lol. But it holds so much more because there’s no agitator in the middle so I think I’m saving water. I also like the stainless steel tub. Space-wise it’s only a little bit larger than my old one so I’m very pleased. Got it on sale, too, so a win-win.

We've only had the washing machine about three weeks, but so far am very pleased with it. The delivery process online was excellent and the two men who installed it were on time and very competent. I have already run many loads of laundry and haven't had any problems,

Our previous Samsung washer went out and we decided to replace it with this model. It is a great washer for the price. I preferred some of the options that I previously had but this one is efficient and gets the job done. Easily washed a king size comforter.

I love my new washer - TONS of space, easy to use, energy efficient and attractive. I just love the fact that there is no agitator on a top loaded model. Handles load suzes nicely. Silent as a door mouse. I like the window on top - closes nicely and doesn't have that old tin like sound - solid design - nice and tight. Love ❤️

I wanted to wait, and use the unit to give a fair review. Overall, the unit is easy to set and use. Controls are positive, and close always come out clean. Silent when in use, and can take up to 2 comforters in one wash! With that said, I have only one negative. Water never covers the top of the clothes! For its capacity, the water will never fill to the top. I found myself stopping mid wash to add more water. This is the reason I have to get another washer. I do large loads. This washer is more for a single person doing small loads. and if you for example miss a week of laundry, and hold off to two two weeks worth, be advised the large load you put in might not be covered with water.

Works like a dream machine! There are various settings from water levels, how heavy the load is and other water saving options. It’s just the right size for my apartment and my load size! The technician came and set it up with no issues. Best purchase yet
