The delivery guys were good and clean. What i mean about clean, they left no mess and made sure they didn't scratch or dent anything when setting up our washer.

I love this washer! Went from a front loader to a top loader and so glad we did! Very user friendly and I like how you can adjust the water levels. From order to delivery was seamless. Technicians were very efficient and polite.

Happy with our new washer. A little louder then the last one we had. It does have an end of cycle buzzer, that can’t be turned off. Most times I don’t notice it. Extremely large basket. Makes washing go a bit faster. Great for larger blankets and comforters.

I wash a lot of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi’s and this washers is able to handle the weight.

I've had this product for several months now and it works very well. I am a little concerned about the drum being a little off-centered. However it cleans the clothes very well as well as rings them out almost to the point of being dry.

great washer very deep might be hard for a person around 5 feet to get all the clothes out easily.

Good washer for the value and it works well. We just moved into a new house and it works well although it is a tight fit in our laundry room since the length of it is a bit larger than most washers you would expect.

fantastic. only just received and love it! the tub is very large and accommodates so much more than our old washer. easy to use, no tricky things to figure out, it's all straightforward. We would highly recommend!

It’s a 5 star machine. it washes the clothes really well and there’s no shaking to it, you can even hair it

The GOOD: For cleaning clothes, it's done as well as our old agitator type. We do like not having the agitator to stack clothes around and it's great for washing bedspreads. Real easy to just dump the clothes in. Stuff we are not happy with: It's very loud. It gets off balance quite a few times just with regular clothes. We don't like that you can't set an automatic water level by default. You have to select it each wash. Right now it's making a ratcheting sound when it washes so we'll be calling a repairman before it breaks down.

Only had one hiccup when it wouldn't start for a night because the drain hose got clogged, once unclogged its been working great. Its deep get some washer tongs.

I have trusted Samsung for appliances and electronics for quick a few years. I purchased this washer in September and have enjoyed using it. Also my family enjoys it with the exception of the music when the washer stops.

There's a chine on here when clothes are done that's cute, but goes on for like a whole minute. Otherwise, it washes clothes great.

Honestly I was blown away by what I got for my money! I mean this is the economy model from Samsung but it does everything you could possibly need unless you need a machine to fold and hang your clothes for you.

Good washer for the price. Has less features than others so read carefully if you want more bells and whistles. You have to select auto select for water level every time which is annoying.

The window is very nice so even if there is an uneven load i can take care of it becasue i see it duh

Excellent waser cleans very well. Not noisy like most washer. What impreses the most how efficiently it runs costing very little to operate. Love the fact that best buy was able to deliver quickly.

I like my new washer. It has a detergent dispenser and plays an ice cream man song when complete. My previous washer would only wash on normal. I enjoy the washing options.
