This is by far the best washer I have ever purchased. Love the timer. And it’s quick on washing. The best part is that the clothes smell amazing

Was a great price and a really nice washer. Best Buy has great prices and delivery time and delivery was great!

No issue with performance when it was working, but after 18 months, it developed an issue with violent vibration even in balanced loads, and with the warranty expired it will now cost about half of the purchase price just to fix it. Poor warranty from Samsung, but shame on me for not reading the fine print on the warranty

Great washer. Child safety features and with other washing features and it tells you when it needs cleaned.

This machine is an improvement over my last washer for sure, can now do larger items in this washer and not too deep that I can't reach the bottom.

It’s perfect. Gets clothing clean, it’s not noisy. Just what i needed.

They look great and hooked up easily!! We haven’t had any hiccups yet!

So far we really like it and it plays a snappy tune at the end of cycles.

I can’t reach in and get the clothes at the bottom. I need a grabber to get them .the washer doesn’t start right away. You have to stay by it until it goes through two clicks

Delivery was good the delivery people were really nice and helpful.

Great washer. Rinses the clothes really well which helps tmy drying time down.

Clothes get clean but after a while mine started to make a cracking noise when in the wash cycle. I don’t notice a difference in performance. The sound is just a little scary to hear

Nice value for this washer. If you need all kinds of fancy cycles which I don't use then spend a bit more for an upgraded model. This does a nice job though and is a good value.

I had a GE washer for over 20 years until it broke. It got the job done because it had an agitator and swiveled back and forth with unforgiving tenacity. Unfortunately, this 4.5 cu. ft. Samsung washer does not impress me. It swivels back and forth ever so gently and so slowly. It turns one direction, stops, thinks for a minute, and then reverse direction. Granted, it doesn’t have an agitator but I’d have thought that it would just do its job spinning back and forth a little bit more ferociously. All the features that it offers just don’t compensate for its lack of fierceness. It is quiet and I couldn’t tell whether my clothes are really clean after the wash.

Much bigger drum than expected, could easily wash a comforter. Might be overwhelming if you usually have very small loads (one basket worth)

I recently purchased a Samsung top load washer, and it’s been a great addition to my home. I like the variety of wash settings—it gives flexibility for everything from delicate items to heavily soiled clothes. The controls are straightforward and easy to understand, so there wasn’t much of a learning curve getting started. The soft-close lid is a nice touch, and the machine runs relatively quietly compared to older washers I’ve used. I’ve also noticed it uses water efficiently without compromising cleaning performance. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that some cycles can be a bit longer than expected, but the results are worth the wait. Overall, I’m very happy with this Samsung top load washer and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-capacity washing machine with modern features.

I absolutely love my new washer. The only negative remark would be a slight dent on front of machine. This most likely happened when moving into house.

This is such an upgrade from our last machine. The spin cycle is so fast that it really decreases necessary dryer time.
