First year, the underneath of the washer detached causing the tub to not spin and had to reattach. Then second year the water sensor and computer panel stopped working and kept showing an error code

They would not replace the unit even though repair company said clutch assembly needs replacing at 4onths old. Their tech people are horrible. They didn't believe me about the noise..luckily I had video recordings. They did not want to fix it. Ordered part though..made me take a day off work and they never showed. Had to take her another day off work. I think I'll go with another brand next time.

Never had so much trouble from a washing machine !

Different codes come up, and if I am not babysitting the machine while it washes, it would be stuck in that mode all day long ! I even had a plumber out to check my water pressure. Nothing wrong he said. $$$. I won't even go into the nightmare of trying to work with the Geek squad. I am not a happy camper.
