Entry level washer

It got the job done because it had an agitator and swiveled back and forth with unforgiving tenacity. Unfortunately, this 4.5 cu. ft. Samsung washer does not impress me. It swivels back and forth ever so gently and so slowly. It turns one direction, stops, thinks for a minute, and then reverse direction. Granted, it doesn’t have an agitator but I’d have thought that it would just do its job spinning back and forth a little bit more ferociously. All the features that it offers just don’t compensate for its lack of fierceness. It is quiet and I couldn’t tell whether my clothes are really clean after the wash.

I understand you how feel that your washer could be underperforming. Let me explain how our technology works. We have a pulsator in the bottom of our tubs unlike traditional agitators. An agitator does what it sounds like, agitates your clothes through the water to clean and this could be harsh. A pulsator on the other hand, it will pulsate your clean water through the clothes to clean them. This is the most energy efficient way to clean your clothes while using less water in each cycle. thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad

We paid for the professional installation which was sub par. The installation techs left a large portion of the packaging stuck to the bottom of the washing machine which threw it off balance. They set it up to run and left my house with the unit banging around and stated it was normal. The belt burned into the plastic underneath. We were fortunate to find this before we started using the machine. It is a shame that we paid for this service.
