    The washing machine is great so far. We paid for the professional installation which was sub par. The installation techs left a large portion of the packaging stuck to the bottom of the washing machine which threw it off balance. They set it up to run and left my house with the unit banging around and stated it was normal. The belt burned into the plastic underneath. We were fortunate to find this before we started using the machine. It is a shame that we paid for this service.
