After 60 days of use, the washer started making plastic grinding sounds. A call to Samsung concluded in an appointment for in home repair. The tech didn't show up or call. Called Samsung again and they blamed ME. I was very upset. Scheduled a second tech, waited another half day and they didn't call or show up. "We forgot. Can we come later in the week?" I called Samsung again and told them how many of their products I've purchased in the past 5 years have failed just out of warranty. I also told them that as an electronics tech, I would NOT be recommending their products in the future. The third repair tech seemed nice on the phone. We will see if he fixes it. He did say the clutches tend to go out and that yes, they are PLASTIC. I would avoid this product. Maybe mine is just a lemon. But, now my washer, TV, smart phone and printer have all failed, as well as many other friends' devices. It is my opinion that Samsung is having some serious QC issues. As a final touch, they said if the third time doesn't work, they MIGHT consider a refund or replacement but would not reimburse me for the washer installation, which I had to pay for because I am disabled. Shame on you Samsung. Never again.

Love my new washer. It keeps my clothes smelling fresh.

So far had it for a couple weeks and very impressed . Quiet , great capacity and wife really likes the big loads. Definitely would purchase it again

So far so good! Needed to replace a prior washing machine and this time chose to go with a top loading one, as recommended by my dad. So far, we've had it for over a month and works great. I like that it has the vibration reduction and it isn't super loud either, so that's great.

Easy to use and works good. It holds a large lot of laundry.

Only purchased on 11/29 but after a month really like this washing machine, giving the time for the cycle and how much is left to go. So far so good .

So far, so good. The powdered detergent tray is a real 'pain' having to take it out every time to add powder. I switched to liquid. It's pour and go. Everything else seems to be fine

Would have given it a 5 star but the only down fall is the Quick wash isn’t really Quick. But it does the job. I recommend this washer.

Great beautiful washer, washes well in a timely manner. So far very reliable.

Good service but price is a little higher. The installation is perfect and there is no much help needed from me and all set up within minutes.

I personally wanted the black set but they were out of stock at the time. Same set, just a different color and I'm more than happy with my purchase.

The delivery guys were careful with removing the old washer and installing the new washing machine.
