Annoying Jingle

First year, the underneath of the washer detached causing the tub to not spin and had to reattach. Then second year the water sensor and computer panel stopped working and kept showing an error code

The wash cycle lasts FOREVER (3+ hours) the water was hot after we chose cold, the lid wouldn’t open even after disengaging the child lock. BUT one terrible feature that I verified from Samsung, if you are able to disengage the child lock because you need to add something after the cycle has already started, IT WILL DRAIN ALL OF THE WATER OUT BEFORE YOU CAN OPEN IT. What an absolute waste! This feature alone would have made me return even if we weren’t having the other issues.
