Even at the highest water level the clothes don’t get fully covered.. also, I think for the money there could be more washing cycle options.. I don’t feel it washes the clothes completely clean.

Calibration mode should be used right after installing your washer, when you adjust your washer, and when you feel that the weight detection (and amount of water per cycle) is inaccurate. Periodically performing this task only takes a few minutes. Before calibrating your washing machine, ensure it's friendly, secure, and positioned where you want it.
