Great machine! Easy to use, does a great job of cleaning, and very quiet.

Love it, nice and quiet, easy to use. My only complaint was that the installers did not wait to se if it actually worked, not even to run water into the drum. Their response was "if you have a problem call, someone will come out" I called Beat Buy and they delt with it immediately. The washer is great, easily takes big loads.

Easy to use and does all the simple stuff well. I don’t get complicated with my washing and its large capacity works well for a family. Love the sounds it makes upon starting and completing cycles.

Works very well to get all my dog hair off! Quiet. I also love the melody at the end of cycle.

Just recently got this washer, but love it already! So much space. very quiet when on, and we specifically wanted a washer without an agitator. We got everything we wanted and for a great price!

Purchased washer/dryer set and have been impressed. It is very nice to not have the agitator in the middle. It does seem to get unbalanced while washing blankets but corrects itself after readjusting. I really have no complaints about this washer!

Needed a new washer I had a Maytag washer it was good up until the 4th year. Had service check it and the said the transmission was shot & it made lots of noises until it just stopped all together. The big differences is the timer cycle. This Samsung is Very, Very, quieter over all operation of the Maytag and has more power. This washer is efficient, fast and the clothes came out cleaner than I expected for it not to have an agitator. The Maytag had one and beat the clothes up. & that timer clicking & buzzing during the wash, spin, rinse cycles could be heard 50ft away. Samsung has a good product. Lets see how long this washer will last. Thanks.

In love with this washer! I desperately needed to replace my 15-year-old washer I had before this and this was the perfect choice for me. Quiet, modern, and affordable- couldn't ask for more. If I *did* have to complain about one thing, it would be about the compartments for the softener and not being able to take it out which makes it annoying to clean, but that's more of a personal problem bc I'm lazy LOL. Highly recommend!

So many selection of how you can wash your clothes, also the water temperature Efficiency High, High, Mild, and Low. So far I enjoy my New Washing machine.

I've had this washer for only a few weeks, but so far I'm very satisfied with it. When my previous washer broke down, I purchased a new one with a larger capacity, even though I'm doing laundry for just two people: when washing sheets, I can now do everything, clothing included, in one load instead of two. I also wanted to be able to wash things like comforters without the load becoming unbalanced, and I particularly shopped for a washer without an agitator. I can also choose water temperature, load size, & degree of soil. Weighing front load vs. top load, I decided on this one.

Bought this and my wife absolutely loves it. Quite, efficient and sleek looking. She has noticed that it cleans the clothes much better and really loves the ease of use

The machine works fantastically and is a great value for the money we paid. Delivery was a challenge with a snow day. Getting it rescheduled through all the complicated phone bank system was very frustrating. But once team was able to get there, installation was fast
