    Very disappointed with this purchase. Fiest time, Samsung appliance purchased. The washer provided horrible service despite looking very good. The dryer of the same model caused more havoc on my electric bill. Thanks to Total Tech membership that i was anle to return both items. Dont recommend.

    When I load towels it stops at the rinse cycle I have to hit pause and then start. This is very inconvenient for me when I think the cycle should be completed it's stuck on the rinse cycle and this prolongs my wash day I have to keep checking on it. This just happens when I put a load of towels.

    Love how quiet it is. Was kind of Leary about an impeller vs agitator but love all the room it has and my clothes come out so clean
