    Stained clothes which i cannot replace. Best Buy would not replace them although it was less than 35 days out.

    Great washer for first time homeowner. My daughter loves it, but did not like the delivery. First attempt failed. Second attempt the finally showed

    Absolutely NOT impressed! My husband read so many reviews before we purchased and thought this would be a good choice... boy were we wrong! Nothing but problems since we got it 2 months ago! First, the machine shouldn't have even worked when we first got it because the valves were shut off from the factory. It worked for a few weeks and then the water quit coming out, that's how we discovered the shut valves after having to wait several days for someone to come look at it. Now, a little over a month later, the drum is locked up and won't spin! It quit mid cycle so I'm now having to finish by hand the load that was in, if I have any hoped of finishing it and it not souring while we wait again for someone to come look at or fix the machine. If I could return it, I would because this is ridiculous! That aside, when it works it does pretty well but it's not worth all this trouble on a brand new machine!

    Does not clean clothes

    It doesn't get clothes clean. After a month, I've tried every different setting, changed soaps 3 times and spot cleaners twice. It simply does not get clothes clean. Service at Best Buy was great in store and delivery.

    Worst washer ever!

    We bought this washer and had it for about 6 months before the washer quit working. Called geek squad got the run around for over a month. Repair company never showed on appt date. Called company direct and was told that geek squad couldnt make the appointments to call direct. Finally got the company out the one part that was wrong with it of course wasnt covered in the extended warranty dont buy it either not worth it!!Now we have a new washer that we have to pay to fix or buy another. DO NOT recommend. I dont recommend the extended warranty either from the geek squad.

    Crappy machine. Lid lock wire was frayed. Samsung it was best to just put tape over the fray wires so they said I’ll take a technician to do just that. I didn’t know for two days and I told him this is a fire hazard so they sent somebody back to replace the wiring it’s 2025 and I still haven’t had my issue fixed.

    Bought this washer for the vibration reduction feature, and highly disappointed with the fact that I can hear it shaking and running through the wall in my bedroom.

    Very noisy machine. Also, fabric softener does not empty out of drawer where it is poured in.

    Stopped working while washing delicates

    This item suddenly stopped working and doesn’t work. Power turns on and keep pad works but washer doesn’t work. Burnt smell noticed when last worked while washing delicates which is very minimal load

    I haven’t even had this washer for 2 years family of 4 and the thing is already broke and not spinning. I will definitely not be buying anymore Samsung appliance

    My washer keeps making funny noises. It will lock to wash but won't unlock when done. I have to start another cycle to get it to unlock.
