    You left a leak

    The guys who installed our washer left our water valve leaking. It wasn’t leaking before. I’ve been trying to schedule your team to come out and fix it and it’s nearly impossible to have anyone take my request seriously. They keep telling me they’ll be in touch in 24 hours. I will not be purchasing anymore appliances from Best Buy. This has been a truly disappointing experience.

    Washer was defective! Maybe a good washer never got to find out. It didnt work.

    Best purchase ever. The sound can get annoying at times when it completes its cycle, but i prefer to hear it when its done.

    Thank God I bought the protection plan. My washer is already off balance. Haven't even had more than a month. Not happy at all.

    We love Samsung phones - washers, not so much

    We purchased this washing machine in November, 2023 and it inexplicably stopped working in the middle of a cycle in February, 2024. We are some distance short of impressed.

    Worked great for 45 days then the drain pump went out. Had to get Samsung to come fix because Best Buy said was out of warrant time with them.

    Failed quickly, too expensive to repair

    I've owned this in a rental unit for less than 2 years. It now won't drain properly, and I"m being told it'll cost almost as much as a new washer than to fix it. It's gotten some use, but absolutely no way it should be this expensive to repair, especially after only 2 years! I won't be buying Samsung appliances again.

    Washer pick up.

    Tried to call local store 3 times about picking up the washer, all 3 times was put on hold for over 20 minutes. No one ever picked up.I would recommend the product, but not the store.

    So far this washer has been great. About two months ago, our old GE washer gave out, and it was so hard to find a washer that had actually good reviews that weren't sponsored. Every washer I saw online seemed to have some type of problem, and my maintenance guy told me specifically to stay away from Samsung washers (he was pro Whirlpool and Kenmore, because he said they had more easily replaceable parts, but there were none online with good reviews I liked). What do you do when Samsung is the only washer with decent reviews?? I gave in and hoped for the best. So far, the washer is great. It's spacious, my clothes are clean, and I can see the inside! I got the impeller because it was the one that was available the fastest, and I've had no issues. My clothes are clean all over, and there aren't any spots missed or anything like that. The time of the wash does take a while, like over an hour, but it's quiet and I care about that way more. I thought I'd hate the little song it plays at the end of the wash but honestly I don't even hear it most of the time. I ended up buying the 5 year geek squad protection (for fear of parts rusting like some reviews have said about Samsung washers) but so far I really like it. Here's hoping they've stepped up their washer game!

    I regret buying this machine. It constantly beeps and will not complete a wash cycle. I’ve only had it one week. I don’t see anything smart about it. I’m not sure if it’s defective or the delivery guys didn’t hook it up correctly.

    The motor on this machine is extremely loud and the wash cycles could use more water. The one good thing is that there is very little vibration.
